The most influential of these classifications was that put forward by Pseudo-Dionysius the Areopagite in the 4th or 5th century, in his book "The Celestial Hierarchy". However, during the Middle Ages, many schemes were proposed, some drawing on and expanding on Pseudo-Dionysius, others suggesting completely different classifications (some authors limited the number of Choirs to seven). Several other hierarchies were proposed, some in nearly inverted order. Scholars of the Middle Ages believed that angels and archangels were lowest in the order and were the only angels directly involved in the affairs of the world of men.
The authors of The Celestial Hierarchy and the Summa Theologica drew on passages from the New Testament, specifically Ephesians 1:21 and Colossians 1:16, in an attempt to reveal a schema of three Hierarchies, Spheres or Triads of angels, with each Hierarchy containing three Orders or Choirs.
From the comparative study of the Old Testament and New Testament passages, including their etymology and semantics, the above mentioned theological works (which contain variations), and esoteric Christian teachings, the descending order of rank can be inferred as following:

The existence of these pairs of Orders is inferred through their etymological proximity and the apparent affinity in the description of their work-activity (1 Peter 3:22): (clarification as to how this verse applies to pairs is required.)

Main article: Cherub
They have four faces: one of each a man, an ox, a lion, and a griffon vulture. The ox-face is considered the "true face", as later on in Ezekiel the ox's face is called a cherub's face (Chapter 10). They have four conjoined wings covered with eyes, and they have ox's feet.
Cherubim are considered the elect beings for the purpose of protection. Cherubim guard the way to the tree of life in the Garden of Eden (Genesis 3:24)<SUP id=cite_ref-gen3_6-0 class=reference>[7]</SUP> and the throne of God (Ezekiel 28:14-16).<SUP id=cite_ref-eze28_7-0 class=reference>[8]</SUP>
Modern English usage has blurred the distinction between Cherubim and Putti. Putto (pl. Putti) refers to the winged human baby/toddler-like beings traditionally used in figurative art.
The Cherubim are mentioned in Genesis 3:24 <SUP id=cite_ref-gen3_6-1 class=reference>[7]</SUP>; Exodus 25:17-22; 2 Chronicles 3:7-14; Ezekiel 10:12–14 <SUP id=cite_ref-eze10_8-0 class=reference>[9]</SUP>, 28:14-16<SUP id=cite_ref-eze28_7-1 class=reference>[8]</SUP>; 1 Kings 6:23–28 <SUP id=cite_ref-1kings_9-0 class=reference>[10]</SUP>; and Revelation 4:6-8.

The Thrones (Gr. thronos) or Elders, also known as the Erelim or Ophanim, are a class of celestial beings mentioned by Paul of Tarsus in Colossians 1:16 (New Testament). They are living symbols of God's justice and authority, and have as one of their symbols the throne. These high celestial beings appear to be mentioned again in Revelation 11:16.

The Ophanim (Heb. ofanim: Wheels, also known as Thrones, from the vision of Daniel 7:9) are unusual looking even compared to the other celestial beings; They appear as a beryl-coloured wheel-within-a-wheel, their rims covered with hundreds of eyes.
They are closely connected with the Cherubim: "When they moved, the others moved; when they stopped, the others stopped; and when they rose from the earth, the wheels rose along with them; for the spirit of the living creatures [Cherubim] was in the wheels." Ezekiel 10:17 NRSV.

Metatron (Hebrew מטטרון or מיטטרון) or Mattatron (a differentiation of Metatron)<SUP id=cite_ref-1 class=reference>[2]</SUP> is the name of an angel in Judaism and some branches<SUP style="WHITE-SPACE: nowrap" class=Template-Fact title="This claim needs references to reliable sources from November 2010">[citation needed]</SUP> of Christianity and Islam. There are no references to him in the Jewish Tanakh or Christian Scriptures (New & Old Testament). Although he is mentioned in a few brief passages in the Talmud, Metatron appears primarily in medieval Jewish mystical texts and other post-scriptural esoteric and occult sources. In Rabbinic tradition, he is the highest of the angels and serves as the celestial scribe,<SUP id=cite_ref-2 class=reference>[3]</SUP> though there is no consensus as to his genesis, nor is there a Christian consensus on his position in the hierarchy of angels or existence.<SUP style="WHITE-SPACE: nowrap" class=Template-Fact title="This claim needs references to reliable sources from December 2010">[citation needed]</SUP>

The Talmud relates that Elisha ben Abuyah (a rabbi and Jewish religious authority born in Jerusalem sometime before 70 BC), also called Acher, (אחר, "other", as he became an apostate), entered Paradise and saw Metatron sitting down (an action that in heaven is permitted only to God himself). Elishah ben Abuyah therefore looked to Metatron as a deity and said heretically, "There are indeed two powers in heaven!"<SUP id=cite_ref-3 class=reference>[4]</SUP> The rabbis explain that Metatron was allowed to sit because of his function as the Heavenly Scribe, writing down the deeds of Israel (Babylonian Talmud, Hagiga 15a).<SUP id=cite_ref-Kabb_4-0 class=reference>[5]</SUP>

... the Talmud states, it was proved to Elisha that Metatron could not be a second deity by the fact that Metatron received 60 'strokes with fiery rods' to demonstrate that Metatron was not a god, but an angel, and could be punished.

In opposition to this apology, Metatron is identified with the term "lesser YHWH", which is the Lesser Tetragrammaton, in a Talmudic version as cited by the Karaite scholar Kirkisani. The word Metatron is numerically equivalent to El Shaddai (God) in Hebrew gematria; therefore, he is said to have a "Name like his Master." It should be noted, however, that Kirkisani may have misrepresented the Talmud in order to embarrass his Rabbanite opponents with evidence of dualism. On the other hand, extra-talmudic mystical texts (see below regarding Sefer Hekhalot) do speak of a "lesser YHWH," apparently deriving the concept from Exodus 23:21, which mentions an angel of whom God says "my name [understood as YHWH, the usual divine Proper Name] is in him."
The Babylonian Talmud mentions Metatron in two other places: Sanhedrin 38b and Avodah Zarah 3b. Yevamot 16b describes in the Amoraic period the duties of 'prince of the world' being transferred from Michael to Metatron.
Metatron is also mentioned in the Pseudepigrapha, most prominently in the Hebrew Merkabah Book of Enoch, also called 3 Enoch or Sefer Hekhalot (Book of [the Heavenly] Palaces). The book describes the link between Enoch, son of Jared (great grandfather of Noah) and his transformation into the angel Metatron. His grand title "the lesser YHWH" resurfaces here. Metatron says, "He [the Holy One]... called me, 'The lesser YHWH' in the presence of his whole household in the height, as it is written, 'my name is in him.'" (12:5, Alexander's translation). The narrator of this book, supposedly Rabbi Ishmael, tells how Metatron guided him through Heaven and explained its wonders. Here Metatron is described in two ways: as a primordial angel (9:2–13:2) and as the transformation of Enoch after he was assumed into Heaven.<SUP id=cite_ref-Metatron_5-0 class=reference>[6]</SUP><SUP id=cite_ref-Alex_6-0 class=reference>[7]</SUP>

This Enoch, whose flesh was turned to flame, his veins to fire, his eye-lashes to flashes of lightning, his eye-balls to flaming torches, and whom God placed on a throne next to the throne of glory, received after this heavenly transformation the name Metatron. While this identification of Metatron with Enoch is not to be found in the Talmud itself, the connection is assumed by some of the earliest kabbalists. There also seem to be two Metatrons, one spelled with six letters (מטטרון), and one spelled with seven (מיטטרון). The former may be the transformed Enoch, Prince of the Countenance within the divine palace; the latter, the Primordial Metatron, an emanation of the "Cause of Causes," specifically the tenth and last emanation, identified with the earthly Divine Presence.<SUP id=cite_ref-7 class=reference>[8]</SUP>
The Zohar calls Metatron "the Youth", a title previously used in 3 Enoch, where it appears to mean "servant".<SUP id=cite_ref-Alex_6-1 class=reference>[7]</SUP> It identifies him as the angel that led the people of Israel through the wilderness after their exodus from Egypt (again referring to Exodus 23:21, see above), and describes him as a heavenly priest.
According to Johann Andreas Eisenmenger, Metatron transmits the daily orders of God to the angels Gabriel and Sammael. Metatron is often identified as being the twin brother to Sandalphon, who is said to have been the prophet Elijah.
VM Samael Aun Weor imagines Metatron as the Prophet Enoch, the Angel who provided humanity with the 22 Hebrew letters and the original Tarot, stating that the Angel lives in the superior worlds in the region Aziluth (The Initiatic Path in the Arcana of Tarot and Kabbalah). However, the earliest evidence of any formalized tarot deck or its cosmology only goes back to 15th century Italy. It originally contained only the 22 cards of what came to be known as the "major arcana". Recent study has shown that the Tarot was most likely derived from the melting pot of eastern and western mysticism which occurred in Venice at the outset of the Renaissance, by various traditions of knowledge which were scattered across the globe and had roots in the far ancient past.<SUP id=cite_ref-8 class=reference>[9]</SUP> The objective was to encapsulate a transcendental system of knowledge which could be shared with everyone, as well as be understood by all. Its use as a tool for fortune telling was only established roughly 300 years later.

There are numerous possible etymologies for the name Metatron.<SUP id=cite_ref-9 class=reference>[10]</SUP><SUP id=cite_ref-10 class=reference>[11]</SUP> However, some scholars such as Philip Alexander believe that if the name Metatron originated in Hekhalot-Merkabah texts (such as 3 Enoch), then it may be a made up word like the magic words Adiriron and Dapdapiron.<SUP id=cite_ref-11 class=reference>[12]</SUP>
Hugo Odeberg,<SUP id=cite_ref-Odeberg_12-0 class=reference>[13]</SUP> Adolf Jellinek<SUP id=cite_ref-13 class=reference>[14]</SUP> and Marcus Jastrow<SUP id=cite_ref-14 class=reference>[15]</SUP> suggest the name may originate from either "keeper of the watch" מטרא or the noun "to guard, to protect" ממטר. An early derivation of this can be seen in Shimmusha Rabbah, where Enoch is clothed in light and is the guardian of the souls ascending to heaven. Odeberg also suggests that the name Metatron might be taken from the Persian name Mithras.<SUP id=cite_ref-Odeberg_12-1 class=reference>[13]</SUP> He lays out a number of parallels between Mithras and Metatron based on their positions in heaven and duties.
Metatron seems to be made up of two Greek words, after and throne, μετὰ θρóνος (meta thronos), taken together as "one who serves behind the throne" or "one who occupies the throne next to the throne of glory". This has been disputed due to the word θρóνος not being used in place of the Hebrew word for throne. The two words do not appear in any known text, leading to the belief of Gershom Scholem in particular to dismiss this idea<SUP id=cite_ref-15 class=reference>[16]</SUP> with the words "this widely repeated etymology.... has no merit.".<SUP id=cite_ref-sjg_16-0 class=reference>[17]</SUP>
The word συνθρόνος (synthronos) is used as "co-occupant of the divine throne";<SUP id=cite_ref-17 class=reference>[18]</SUP> however, like the above etymology, it is not found in any source materials.<SUP id=cite_ref-Odeberg_12-2 class=reference>[13]</SUP> It is supported by Saul Lieberman and Peter Schäfer, who give further reasons why this might be a viable etymology.<SUP id=cite_ref-18 class=reference>[19]</SUP><SUP id=cite_ref-19 class=reference>[20]</SUP>
The Latin word Metator (messenger, guide, leader, measurer) had been suggested by Eleazar ben Judah of Worms (c. 1165 - c. 1230), Rabbi Moshe ben Nachman, and brought to light again by Hugo Odeberg.<SUP id=cite_ref-Odeberg_12-3 class=reference>[13]</SUP> When transliterated into the Hebrew language, we get מטיטור or מיטטור. Gershom Scholem argues that there is no data to justify the conversion of metator to metatron.<SUP id=cite_ref-sjg_16-1 class=reference>[17]</SUP> Philip Alexander also suggests this as a possible origin of Metatron, stating that the word Metator also occurs in Greek as mitator–a word for an officer in the Roman army who acted as a forerunner. Using this etymology, Alexander suggests the name may have come about as a description of "the angel of the Lord who led the Israelites through the wilderness: acting like a Roman army metator guiding the Israelites on their way".<SUP id=cite_ref-20 class=reference>[21]</SUP><SUP id=cite_ref-21 class=reference>[22]</SUP> Another possible interpretation is that of Enoch as a metator showing them "how they could escape from the wilderness of this world into the promised land of heaven". Because we see this as a word in Hebrew, Jewish Aramaic, and Greek, Alexander believes this gives even more strength to this etymology.
Other ideas include μετρονa (metrona, "a measure").<SUP id=cite_ref-ReferenceA_22-0 class=reference>[23]</SUP> Charles Mopsik believes that the name Metatron may be related to the sentence from Genesis 5:24 "Enoch walked with God, then he was no more, because God took him."<SUP id=cite_ref-23 class=reference>[24]</SUP> The Greek version of the Hebrew word "to take" is μετετεθη (it was transferred).<SUP id=cite_ref-ReferenceA_22-1 class=reference>[23]</SUP> רון , meaning RON, is a standard addition to מטטרון , metatron, and other angelic names in the Jewish faith. So Mopsik believes if we concentrate on מטט , MTT, he believes it appears to be a transliteration from the Greek μετετεθη.
In the entry entitled "Paradigmata" in his study, "'The Written' as the Vocation of Conceiving Jewishly", John W McGinley gives an accounting of how this name functions in the Bavli's version of "four entered pardes."<SUP id=cite_ref-24 class=reference>[25]</SUP> This account maintains that "Ishmael ben Elisha" is a Rabbinically sanctioned cognomen for Elisha ben Abbuyah (the "Akher" of the Bavli's account). This hypothesis explains why the generators of the "chambers" portion of the Heikhalot literature make "Ishmael ben Elisha" the major protagonist of their writings even though this Rabbi Ishmael was not directly mentioned in the Bavli's account (in the Gemara to tractate Khaggigah) of "The Work of the Chariot."
Solomon Judah Leib Rapport in Igrot Shir suggests that Metatron is a combination of two Greek words which mean to "change" and "pass away" referring to Chanoch (Enoch) who "changed" into an angel and "passed away" from the world.

เราควรจะพิจารณาจากชื่อหรือจากสิ่งที่เค้าบอกมาล่ะว่าน่าเชื่อถือหรือเปล่า

ว่าแต่ new age ไม่ใช่ศาสนานะ แล้วก็ไม่ได้เอาคำสอนของศาสนาคริสต์มาสอนซะทีเดียว บางอย่างขัดกันก็มีอย่างเช่นเรื่องการเวียนว่ายตายเกิด

 

เมทาทรอน ก็คือเทวดาชั้นสูงองค์หนึ่งไงครับ ใครเป็นคริสเตียนย่อมรู้เรื่องนี้ดีอยู่แล้วล่ะจ้ะ


เอาล่ะ ไหนๆก็ไหนๆแล้ว ผมจะบรรยายเกี่ยวกับลำดับชั้นและหน้าที่ของเหล่าเทวดาของศาสนาคริสต์ให้ตรงนี้เลยนะครับ ซึ่งลำดับชนชั้นของคริสต์ศาสนา หากนับจากพระบิดา หรือพระเจ้า ซึ่งก็คือตำแหน่งที่สูงที่สุดแล้ว รองลงมาอีกก็จะเป็น เหล่าเทวัญ 3 ชั้น 9 นิกร

เริ่มจาก องค์ผู้สูงสุดก่อนเลยนะครับ

องค์พระผู้สร้าง องค์พระบิดา หรือพระเจ้า

-- พระองค์ทรงมีพระนามเป็นที่รู้จักกันมากมายหลายชื่อ ตามแต่ละท้องถิ่น แต่ที่ปรากฏบ่อยคือ พระนามว่า ยะโฮวา ขอพระองค์ประทานพร ในตอนก่อนที่ จักรวาลนี้ จะกำเนิดสิ่งมีชีวิตทั้งหลาย มีเพียงโลกทิพย์หรือสวนเอเดนเท่านั้น ที่ดำรงอยู่ พระเจ้าไม่ว่าจะใน พระนาม ไหน ล้วนแล้วเป็นองค์เดียวกัน พระองค์คือผู้สรรค์สร้างทุกสิ่งด้วยความรักของเพราะองค์ ในกาลหนึ่ง บทเจเนซิส พระองค์ได้กล่าวว่าจงบังเกิดแสงสว่าง ไม่ช้าแสงพลันปรากฏขึ้น แต่เมื่อมีแสง เงาย่อมเกิดตาม แต่พระองค์ก็ไม่ได้รังเกียจเงานั้น และเริ่มสร้างสวรรค์ เทวดา และเอเดน งานสร้างสรรค์ของพระองค์มากมายนับไม่ถ้วน นับตั้งแต่พระองค์ทรงสร้างจักวาลมา แต่ทว่าวันหนึ่ง พระองค์ต้องเสียพระทัยเมื่อเทวทูตที่พระองค์ทรงรักนั้น ก่อกบฏต่อพระองค์ด้วยความเข้าใจผิด และหลงตนเอง บวกกับการยั่วยุของ ซามาเอล คาดว่าเป็นเทวทูตที่เกิดจากเงา

ซึ่งรองจากพระผู้สร้างแล้วจะมีเทวดาชั้นต่าง ๆ เรียงลงไปอีก ต่อไปจะเริ่มจากชั้นสูงสุดดังนี้


เทวดาชั้นเอก




คณะเซราฟิม (เอกพจน์ เซราฟ)

-- เทวดาคณะนี้มีหน้าที่ล้อมบัลลังก์ของพระเจ้า และร้องเพลงสรรเสริญพระเจ้าครับ เทวดากลุ่มนี้แน่นอนว่าสวยงาม มีปีก 3 คู่ คู่แรก มีไว้บังตาเมื่อมองพระเจ้า คู่ที่สอง คลุมเท้าไว้ และคู่สุดท้ายสำหรับบิน
เครื่องแต่งกายของเซรูฟนั้นจะมีสีแดง ต่างจากเทวัญวงค์อื่นที่เป็นสีฟ้า เขียว ขาว เหลือง อะไรก็ว่ากันไป
อันว่าเซราฟิมนั้นมีรากศัพท์มาจากคำว่า seraph อันแปลว่าลุกไหม้ ที่ได้ชื่อนี้เพราะมีแสงสว่างอันเจิดจ้า ราวกับกำลังจะลุกไหม้ และเซราฟ แต่ละองค์เล่ามีใครบ้าง ตามที่รู้มาครับ มีดังนี้
METATRON ผู้เป็นเสียงแทน พระเจ้า
KEMUEL ผู้เฝ้าบัลลังก์เบื้องซ้าย ผู้ไกล่เกลี่ยข้อพิพาทระหว่าง ISHRAEL กับ HIERARCHS บนสวรรค์ชั้น7
NATHANAEL ผู้เฝ้าบัลลังก์เบื้องขวา
GABRIEL ผู้เก็บดวงวิญญาณของเหล่าสรรพชีวิต
เทวดาทั้งสี่มีลักษณะนิสัยที่โกรธเกรี้ยว ดุดัน พวกเขามีปีกองค์ละ 3 คู่






คณะเครูบิม (เอกพจน์เครูบ)

-- บรรดาเทวดาชั้นนี้ จะคอยปรนนิบัติรับใช้พระเจ้าครับ และรับบัญชาจากพระเจ้าโดยตรง ในพระคัมภีร์กล่าวเอาไว้ว่า เทวัญเหล่านี้ทำหน้าที่ขับไล่อดัมและเอวาออกจากเอเดนครับ เทวัญชั้นนี้ไม่ได้มีรูปลักษณ์เหมือนพระเจ้าเช่นเทวดาองค์อื่นๆ นะครับ เทวดาชั้นนี้เป็นเทวดาที่ทำการปกป้อง ต้นไม้ศักสิทธิ์ หรือ ต้นไม้แห่งชีวิต และ ต้นไม้แห่งความอมตะ
ได้แก่
KERUB ปกป้องต้นไม้แห่งชีวิต
EZEKIEL ปกป้องต้นไม้แห่งความอมตะ แบ่งได้เป็น 4 องค์ มีลักษณะของใบหน้าที่แตกต่างกัน
หัวเป็นคน เฝ้าอยู่ทางด้านหน้า
หัวเป็นอินทรีย์ เฝ้าอยู่ทางด้านหลัง
หัวเป็นสิงโต เฝ้าอยู่ทางด้านขวา
หัวเป็นวัว เฝ้าอยู่ทางด้านซ้าย
แต่ทั้ง 4 ยังคงมีรูปร่างในแบบของมนุษย์อยู่ และมีปีก องค์ละ 2 คู่ มีขา เป็นวัว (นึกถึงเซ็นทอร์ มนุษย์ครึ่งอาชาสิ) โดยชั้นนี้จะสวมชุดยาวสีน้ำเงิน มีหน้าที่หลักคือ เป็นผู้ค้ำจุนบัลลังก์ของพระเจ้า และ กองทหารรถศึกของพระเจ้า หากเทียบกับกษัตริย์ไทยก็ จัตุรางคบาททั้งสี่ที่คอยคุ้มกันเท้าช้างทรงที่พระมหากษัตริย์ทรงพาหนะ
เทวัญชั้นนี้ปรากฏในบทเจเนซิสในฐานะผู้คุ้มครองสวนเอเดน และป้องกันมนุษย์ไม่ให้กลับมาสู่สวนเอเดนอีกต่างหากบางครั้งเทวทูตในระดับ นี้ก็ปรากฏ ตัวในรูปแบบของความเมตตากรุณา ด้วย



คณะบัลลังก์ (throne ธรอน)

-- ในนิทานของชาวยิว คณะนี้มีเพียง 70 ตำแหน่ง ซึ่งทั้ง 70 ตำแหน่งนั้น จะคอยปกป้องบัลลังก์ของพระเจ้า หน้าที่ของคณะนี้เลยเป็นองครักษ์ของพระเจ้าไปด้วยเลย แต่ทว่า ในคราวกบฏนั้น คณะเทวัญนี้ก็ได้มีหลายคนเข้าร่วมกับลู ก่อกบฏต่อพระเจ้าเช่นกัน คราวนี้ตำแหน่งว่าง เทวดาองค์อื่นๆ เลยได้รับเลือกเข้าแทนตำแหน่งไงครับ ที่เด่นๆ ก็ หน่วย OPHANIM หรือ GALGALLIN เป็นเทวดาที่ปกป้องยานพาหนะที่ใช้ออกรบ มีเทวดาชื่อ RAPHAEL เป็นผู้ควบคุม




เทวดาชั้นโท



คณะหัวหน้า (Dominationsโดมิเนียชัน โดมีเนียน)

-- คนละอันกับอัคระเทวดานะครับ เพราะหากอัคระเทวดาเป็นหัวหน้าเทวดาแล้ว ชั้นนี้ เหมือนกับผู้จ่ายงานของอัคระเทวดาอีกทีหนึ่ง คณะนี้ มีหน้าที่จัดสรรและมอบหน้าที่การทำงานต่างๆ ให้แก่เทวดาตนอื่นๆ ให้เป็นไปตามพระประสงค์ของพระเจ้าครับ สัญลักษณ์ของเทวัญชั้นนี้คือ คธา และลูกโลก เทวดาที่ควบคุมมีอยู่ 4 องค์ ได้แก่
ZADKIEL
HASHMAL
YAHRIEL
MURIEL


คณะคุณธรรม (Virtues)

-- เทวดาผู้ให้พรทั้งหลาย และ ผู้สอนความกล้าหาญแก่มนุษย์คล้ายกับพวกขุนนาง เชื่อกันว่ากฎหมายแรกของโลก ถูกประทานจากพระเจ้าโดยผ่านคณะนี้คณะ แต่หน้าที่หลักของเทวัญคณะนี้คือการทำอัศจรรย์ต่างๆในโลก
และก่อนที่พวกเขาจะตกสวรรค์ มาอยู่บนโลกมนุษย์ มีดังนี้

** มิคาเอลเป็นเทวดาพิเศษ ที่ไม่ทราบบทบาทที่แท้จริงมากที่สุด ท่านควบหลายตำแหน่งมาก



คณะอำนาจ (power)

-- คณะนี้มีหน้าที่เป็นทหารครับ ว่ากันว่าเป็นเทวดากลุ่มแรกที่พระเจ้าสร้าง เพื่อป้องกันเขตแดน ของทั้ง 3 โลก ได้แก่
CAMUEL ผู้ถูกชี้ตัวว่าเป็น ดยุค ของ นรก เนื่องจากเข้าขัดขว้างการรับพระบัญญัติ 10 ประการ ของโมเสท
MAGUS 1 ใน 7 ของเทวดาที่ได้เห็นพระพักษ์ของพระเจ้า
ทั้ง 2 รักษาความสมดุลระหว่าง ดี กับ เลว มีบทบาทสำคัญมากในบทเจเนซิส ตอนที่ลู ก่อกบฏ มีหน้าที่ต่อสู้กับปีศาจและปกป้องโลกจากพวกปีศาจทั้งหลายแหล่ แต่กลุ่มนี้ก็มีไม่น้อยเช่นกันที่กลายเป็นปีศาจเสียเอง หากหลงตน หรือ เคลือบแคลงในพลังของพระเจ้าจนถึงกับปฏิเสธพระองค์



เทวดาชั้นตรี



คณะปกครอง (Principalities)

-- -- คณะปกครอง (Principalities) ชื่อของเทวัญหมวดนี้มาจากภาษากรีกเก่าซึ่งแปลได้ว่า ผู้ปกครอง (Rulers) ซึ่งหน้าที่ของคณะเทวดาชั้นนี้ คือ การปกป้องศาสนา ดลบันดาลจิตใจของผองชนให้เป็นไปตามครรลอง เป็นเทวดาที่เป็นผู้ปกป้องคำสอนของพระเจ้า นั้นเอง ได้แก่
NISROCK หรือ ASSYRIAN ผู้ถูกชี้ตัวว่าเป็นเจ้าชายแห่งนรก
ANAEL 1 ใน 7 เทวดา ที่ให้พลังในด้านการสร้างสรรค์ และเกี่ยวข้องกับ ลักษณะทางเพศของมนุษย์
CHALDEAN เทพธิดาแห่งความรักและสงคราม
CERVILL เทพแห่งพลัง ผู้ช่วย DAVID เข่นฆ่า GOLIATH
อัครเทวทูต THE ARCHANGELS ที่สำคัญในการนำทัพเหล่าเทวดาน้อยใหญ่เข้าสู่สงครามนรก-สวรรค์ ที่พระเจ้าทำการรบกับ SATANได้แก่

เทวดาพวกนี้ใกล้ชิดกับมนุษย์มาก ๆ อีกด้วย และเทวัญกลุ่มชั้นนี้ ในพระคัมภีร์กล่าวว่า มีความเกี่ยวข้องกับอำนาจทั้งดีและ ร้ายเลยทีเดียว


คณะอัครเทวะ, อัคระเทวดา (Archangels)

-- อัคระเทวดา (Archangels) แปลตามความหมายคือ หัวหน้าเทวดาครับเป็นเทวดาชั้นรอง แต่สูงกว่าแองเจิล ทว่า หน้าที่ไม่แน่ชัดสำหรับเทวัญชั้นนี้ ซึ่งคณะนี้มีบทบาทสำคัญแม้เป็นอันดับล่างก็ตาม เพราะในชั้นนี้มีเทพที่เรารู้จักกันดีอย่าง ไมเคิล(มิคาเอล) ราฟาเอล กาเบรียล

รายชื่ออาร์ชแองเจิลทั้ง 7 องค์

1.MICHAEL ภาษาฮิบรู מיכאל Micha'el หรือM๎khā’ēl "เซนท์ ไมเคิล" หรือ "มิคาเอล" ตามความหมายเดิม คำว่า Micha นั้นแปลว่า "ผู้ที่เหมือน"ส่วน El นั้นแปลว่า"พระเป็นเจ้า" สรุปได้ว่าเป็นเทวฑูตที่เหมือนพระเจ้านั้นเอง มีคาเอล นั้นเป็นนักรบ เปรียบเสมือนแม่ทัพใหญ่แห่งสวรรค์ หาใครต่อกรได้ไม่ ไม่มีใครสามารถเอาชนะมีคาเอลได้ แม้มีคาเอลจะเก่งกาจแค่ไหนก้อยังเกรงกลัวองค์พระเจ้าสูงสุดเช่นกัน

มิคาเอลคือผู้ที่นำกองทัพสวรรค์เข้าต่อสู้กับลูซิเฟอร์แสดงให้เห็นว่าพระ เจ้าทรงวางพระทัยต่อมิคาเอลเป็นอย่างมาก จึงมอบหมายหน้าที่ให้ท่านเป็นผู้คุมกองทัพ และมีตำราเก่าแก่กล่าวถึงพระองค์ว่า อันพระเยซูอยู่ที่พระหัตรขวาของพระเจ้า และไมเคิลกับกองทัพสวรรค์อยู่บนพระหัตรซ้าย **บางตำราบอกไว้ว่ามิคาเอลเป็นพระบุตรคนสุดท้ายก่อนที่จะมาเกิดเป็นพระเยซู

หน้าที่ของท่านมิคาเอลนั้นไม่มีใครทราบชัดเจน เพราะมีหลากหลายหน้าที่มาก และหนึ่งในนั้นก็คือทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้เฝ้าสวรรค์ หรือผู้ปกป้องสวรรค์ ดินแดนแห่งพระเจ้าจากผู้บุกรุกทั้งหลาย ท่านจะยอมให้แค่ดวงวิญญาณที่ได้รับเลือกจากพระเป็นเจ้า ผ่านประตูสวรรค์นี้ได้เท่านั้น และเชื่อว่ามีแต่ผู้ตาย หรือ ผู้ที่ไกล้ตายเท่านั้นที่จะมองเห็นหน้าของท่านได้ ส่วนในคัมภีร์ Aggadah กล่าวเอาไว้ว่าพระองค์เป็นผู้ปกป้องชาวอิสราเอลครับ บางคนก็นับถือว่าเป็นเทพแห่งการปกป้อง

และแน่นอนในครั้งสงครามทรงชนะ ลูซิเฟอร์ หน้าที่อีกหนึ่งอย่างจึงเป็นการต่อสู้กับปีศาจอีกด้วย มิคาเอลเป็น 1 ใน 7 เทพที่ยิ่งใหญ่บนสวรรค์ พร้อมด้วยแกบียล และองค์อื่นๆ ส่วนพวกจูดีโอ้คริสต์ และ คริสต์นิกายใหม่ เปรียบมิคาเอล กับ สีแดง ทิศใต้ และธาตุไฟ ให้ เป็นสัญลักษณ์แห่งการ "ปกป้อง"


2.Raphael (ราฟาเอล) เป็นหนึ่งในเจ็ดเทวทูตที่ปรากฏในคัมภีร์ไม่กี่เล่มเท่านั้น ท่านถูกเคารพในฐานะเทพแห่งการรักษาเยียวยา เพราะเคยมีปรากฏในพระคัมภัร์ว่าท่านเคยช่วยรักษาชายที่ชื่อ โทบิตจากอาการตาบอดมาแล้ว และยังเป็นหนึ่งในสามของเทวทูตที่ส่งข่าวแก่อับราฮัมด้วย

3.Gabriel (กาบรีเอล) คาดว่าคงคุ้นหูกันอยู่ไม่น้อย เป็นเทพแห่ง "ข่าวสารจากพระเป็นเจ้า" รวมทั้งยังเป็นเทพแห่งความเมตตา การเกิดใหม่ และเป็นเทพผู้ปกป้องผู้ตายร่วมกับมิคาเอล ในภาษาฮิบรูจะอ่านชื่อของท่านว่า กาบรี-เอล แต่ก็เพี้ยนเป็นแกเบรียลเนื่องจากอยากพูดเร็วนั้นเอง ท่านเป็นอัคระเทวฑูตที่ส่งข่าวการมาเกิดของพระเยซู แก่พระนางมาเรีย และยังเป็นคนเป่าแตรแห่งการชำระบาปในวัน Judgment Day ด้วย ตามความเชื่อของชาวอิสลาม ท่านเป็นคนบอกให้ มูฮัมมัด เขียนพระคัมภีร์ Q'uran และเป็นเทพแห่งความจริง

ตามผู้ศึกษาพระคัมภีร์ ที่ศึกษามาเนินนานได้บอกใว้ว่า ท่านนั้น ที่แท้จริงแล้วเป็นอักคระเทวฑูตที่เป็น "ผู้หญิง" หนึ่งเดียวในหมู่เทวฑูตที่เป็นชาย จริงหรือมั่วชัวร์หรือไม่ ผมก็ไม่แน่ใจจะฟันธงนักแต่ในเมื่อนักศึกษาคัมภีร์เขาบอกมาอย่างนี้ผมก็ต้อง ลงตามข้อมูลละน่อ

4.Uriel (อูรีเอล) หนึ่งในเทวดาที่ถูกลืม เพราะไม่ค่อยได้รับความสนใจ หน้าที่ของท่านคือการปกป้องพระคัมภีร์และคำสอน แล้วยังเป็นเทวดาแห่งแสงสว่าง เป็นเทวทูตที่อธิบายชะตากรรมของเทวดาปีกหัก หรือ "the fallen Angel" ท่านเป็นผู้นำพาเหล่าสาวกที่หลงผิด หลงทางให้กลับสู่แสงสว่าง โดยส่วนใหญ่ ท่านจะปรากฏตัวในฐานะผู้ชี้แจงสอนสั่งแก่สาวก เป็นหนึ่งในผู้เผ้ามองและยังเป็น 1 ใน 4 เทพที่ปกป้องสวรรค์ คนส่วนมากนับถือเป็นเทพแห่งความรู้นั้นเอง

5.Sariel (ซารีเอล) อีกหนึ่งองค์ที่เป็นเทวดาที่ถูกลืม เพราะส่วนมากท่านจะมีบทบาทแค่ในคัมภีร์ยิว กับอิสลามเสียมากกว่า ท่านเป็นเทวดาแห่งการปกป้องคุ้มครอง และสันติ แต่ไม่เหมือนกับมิคาเอล เพราะมิคาเอลจะเน้นไปทางสงครามและใช้กำลังในการปกป้อง แต่ในการคุ้มครองนั้นไม่เหมือนปกป้อง แล้วอำนาจในการคุ้มครองของท่านนั้นระดับใดนะหรอ? ก็ขนาดที่ว่าเมื่อครั้งสงครามเทพกับอสูร เหล่าเทวดาต่างพากันสลักชื่อของท่านไว้บนเกราะและโล่หนาๆนั่นเลยล่ะ ในพระคัมภีร์บอกใว้ว่าเป็นเทพผู้คุ้มครองสรวงสวรรค์ และ โลกมนุษย์ เป็นเทพแห่ง"ความกล้า" และ "การควบคุม"

ขณะที่ในพระคัมภีร์เก่าแก่ของชาวยิว และ สุเมเรียน บ่งบอกว่าท่านเป็น "กาเดี้ยน" หรือผู้ปกป้อง ในพระคัมภีร์ Talmud นั้นบอกใว้ว่าท่านเป็นเทพแห่ง "ความตาย" บ้างก็บอกว่าท่านเป็น ราศี Aries หนึ่งในจักราศี นั้นเอง


6.Remiel (เรมีเอล) พอกันกะข้างบน เป็นทวดาที่ถูกลืม ว่าไว้ว่าท่านเป็นผู้เผยความจริง แก่มวลมนุษย์ และยังคุมการมาถึงของวันสิ้นโลก เป็นเทพที่คอยบอกความจริงและยังมีงานพิเศษคือกำจัดปีศาจเสียด้วย

7.Raguel (รากูเอล) นี่ก็พอกัน ดีไม่ดียิ่งกว่าด้วยในการถูกลืม แถมชื่อยังเพี้ยนไปต่างๆ นาๆ ที่มีเพี้ยนๆ ไปก็มี Raguil, Rasuil, Rufael, Suryan, Akrasiel ซึ่งใครจะรู้ความหมายของนามท่านซึ่งแปลว่า สหายแห่งพระเจ้า ว่ากันไว้ว่าเป็นเทพแห่งความยุติธรรม เพราะพลังของท่านคือความสมดุล เป็นหนึ่งในเทพผู้ปกป้องสวรรค์อีกแล้ว และยังเป็นเหมือนตำรวจคอยสอดส่องความประพฤติของเหล่าเทวดาอีกด้วย พระองค์ปรากฏในความเชื่อของชาว บาบิโลเนียน ในชื่อของ "Rag" (บางก็ว่า Ragumu) และในความเชื่อของชาวสุเมเรี่ยนในนามของ "Rig" ซึ่งแปลว่า "คำพูด" ซึ้งในความเชื่อเหล่านั้น ท่านก็เป็นเทพแห่ง ความสมดุลอยู่ดี





และคณะเทวดาทั่วไป (Angels)

-- อันคำว่าเทวดาเราคุ้นหูและคุ้นเคยจากทุกๆ เทวตำนานจากทั่วทุกมุมโลกกันแล้ว และเทวดาแต่ละองค์ต่างก็ปฏิบัติหน้าที่แตกต่างกันไป และในศาสนาคริสต์ก็เช่นกันครับ เทวัญคณะนี้ เป็นคณะที่เรียกว่าประชากรสวรรค์ก็ว่าได้ เพราะมีจำนวนมากที่สุด และคณะเทวัญนี้ก็มีหน้าที่หลากหลายมากมายตามสถานการณ์และบัญชาที่ได้รับ ที่มีหลักๆ ก็คือ การปกป้องดูแลมนุษย์ คอยส่งคำภาวนาจากมนุษย์ถึงพระเจ้า และหลายต่อหลายอย่าง และเทวัญชั้นนี้ก็มีหลายองค์ที่เป็นหนึ่งในเทวดาตกสวรรค์ ที่ถูกลูซิเฟอร์เกลี่ยกล่อมจนก่อกบฏครับ จนกระทั่งกลายเป็นเดวิลไป และแน่นอนว่า เทวัญคณะนี้ไม่ใช่กระจอกๆ หรอกนะ อย่าคิดไปว่าเทวดาชั้นนี้ทำได้เพียงบินไป บินมาเท่านั้น เพราะเมื่อครั้งสงครามสวรรค์ เทวดาเหล่านี้มีหน้าที่เป็นนักรบสวรรค์เช่นกันครับ และแน่นอน เมื่อมีเทวดาดีแล้ว ก็ย่อมมีเทวดาเลว เทวดาเหล่านั้นคือเทวดาที่ลู เป็นผู้ชักจูง และต่อมา เขาก็ใช้ให้พวกมันขึ้นมาล่อลวงมนุษย์ ซึ่งจะเอาไว้เล่าในบทถัดๆ ไป ที่เกี่ยวกับสงครามสวรรค์ครับ

ส่วนเทวดาที่เป็นคนกลางระหว่าง พระเจ้ากับมนุษย์นั้น จัดเป็นเทวดาระดับล่างสุด คือ ANGELOS นอกจากนี้ยังมีเทวดาอีกมากมายที่ไม่ได้กล่าวถึงซึ่งมีหน้าที่คล้ายกันกับ ANGELOS แต่ส่วนใหญ่ จะอยู่ใกล้ชิดกับมนุษย์มากที่สุด ค่อยรับฟังความในใจของมวลมนุษย์ และดลใจให้ทำสิ่งต่างๆอีกหลายองค์

ประวัติของ เมทราทรอน

-- เมทาทรอน เดิมทีเป็นมนุษย์มีชื่อว่า Enoch (เอนอช) ซึ่งเป็นคนเคร่งครัดในศาสนาอย่างแรงกล้า แต่สุดท้ายได้ขึ้นสวรรค์ และกลายเป็น เทวทูตผู้ลุกไหม้ด้วยเปลวเพลิง เขามีตำนานสองแบบ คือช่วงที่เป็นมนุษย์ และช่วงที่เริ่มเป็นเทวดาชั้นสูง ซึ่งทั้งสองตำนานนี้ ตามหลักฐานางวรรณคดี ก็เขียนปนกันสะเปะสะปะอยู่มาก แต่ที่ดูแตกต่างกันจริงๆนั้นจะอยู่ที่การเขียนชื่อ คือเล่มแรก ใช้อักษร 7 ตัว แต่อีกเล่มใช้ 6 ตัว ซึ่งพวก Kabbalist อธิบายว่า 6 ตัวคือภาคที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเป็นมนุษย์ของเอนอช ส่วนที่เขียน 7 ตัวคือการกล่าวถึงเมทาทรอนแรกเริ่มในการเป็นเทวดา

ซึ่งชื่อของเมทาทรอนก็ยังหาข้อยุติไม่ได้ว่าเขียนแบบไหนกันแน่ถึงจะถูกต้อง เพราะคำว่า Metatron ไม่เคยพ้องในรากศัพท์ใดๆ และไม่มีความหมายอะไรเลยในภาษาต่างๆ บนโลก

ตำนานของเมทาทรอนค่อนข้างยาวมากๆ ผมจะเกริ่นเอาตอนช่วงท้ายของเรื่องในตอนที่เค้ากลายเป็นเทวทูตเลยละกัน เอนอชแต่เดิมเป็นมนุษย์ และเป็นครูสอนศาสนาด้วย ในวันหนึ่งเค้ามีโอกาศได้ไปพบกับพระเจ้าบนสวรรค์โดยมีเทวทูต 2 ตนลงมารับ ในระหว่างการเดินทางสู่สวรรค์ เอนอช ได้พบเห็นการลงทันฑ์ และการทรมาณเหล่าคนบาปซึ่งน่าแปลกว่ามันไม่ไกลจากสวรรค์เท่าไหร่เลย ที่นั่นเอนอชได้เฝ้ามองกิจกรรมของพระอาทิตย์และพระจันทร์ ได้พบกับ Grigori เทวทูตผู้เป็นกบฏ และได้พบกับพระเจ้าในที่สุด โดยมีมิคาเอล และ กาเบรียล นำทางเค้าไปยังบัลลังค์ของพระเจ้า

เมื่ออยู่ต่อหน้าพระเจ้า เอนอชได้รับพระธรรม และได้บันทึกสิ่งที่เค้าได้เห็นและได้รับรู้เอาไว้ โดยใช้หนังสือถึง 366 เล่ม (วันละเล่ม) เมื่อเค้าได้เรียนรู้ธรรมทั้งหมดแล้ว พระเจ้าจึงเผยความลับอันยิ่งใหญ่ให้เค้าได้รับรู้ ซึ่งเป็นความลับที่แม้แต่เทวทูตทั้งมวลก็มิอาจได้รับรู้ เช่น ความลับแห่งการก่อกำเนิด ระยะเวลาที่โลกจะยังคงอยู่ และอะไรจะเกิดขึ้นหลังจากที่มันสุญสลาย และเมื่อเอนอชได้รับรู้เรื่องราวต่างๆ ก็ได้กลับมายังโลกโดยมีเวลาจำกัด เพื่อแนะนำผู้คนในสิ่งที่เค้าได้รับมา หลังจากนั้น 30 วัน เทวทูตทั้ง 2 ก็นำเค้ากลับขึ้นสู่สรวงสวรรค์

เมื่อกลับมาถึงสวรรค์ ด้วยธรรมที่เค้าได้รับ และคุณสมบัติทางจิต ทำให้ร่างของเอนอชใหญ่โตขึ้นจนมีขนาดใหญ่กว่าโลกเลยทีเดียว และพระเจ้าทรงมอบปีก 36 ปีกให้กับร่างของเค้า และมอบดวงตา 365 ดวง ซึ่งแต่ละดวงมีความสว่างเทียบเท่าดวงอาทิตย์ และร่างกายของเค้าก็กลายเป็นไฟสวรรค์ เนื้อหนัง เส้นเลือด กระดูก เส้นขน กลายเป็นเพลิงโชติช่วง สายฟ้า พายุ และลมหมุน ต่างเกิดรายล้อมร่างของเค้า เหล่าเทวทูตสวมใส่ชุดที่งดงามให้ รวมทั้งมงกุฎ และตระเตรียมบัลลังค์ของเค้าด้วย ผู้นำสารแห่งสวรรค์ได้ประกาศว่าชื่อของเค้านับแต่นั้น ไม่ใช่ เอนอชอีกต่อไปแต่คือ เมทาทรอน และเหล่าเทวทูตทั้งหลายจะต้องเชื่อฟังเค้าในฐานะผู้เป็นรองเพียงพระผู้เป็นพระเจ้าพระองค์เดียวเท่านั้น .....
