แนะนำพณฯเอกอัครราชทูตไทย ประจำกรุงสตอกโฮล์ม

แนะนำท่านทูต
พณ.เอกอัครราชทูต นายอภิชาติ ชินวรรโณ ย้ายมารับตำแหน่งที่กรุงสตอกโฮล์ม สวีเดน เมื่อตันปี 2005นี้ ท่านทูตหนุ่มคนนี้ ประวัติมีอยู่ว่า
สอบติดมหิดลตั้งใจจะเป็นหมอแต่ชะตาจะต้องเป็นนักการทูตจึงสอบไดัทุนถูกส่งไป เรียนไกลโพ้นถึง University of Southampton ประเทศอังกฤษ คว้าปริญญาตรีสาขา วิทยาศาสตร์ (รัฐศาสตร์และเศรฐศาสตร์)
หลังจากนั้นก็ทำปริญญาโทความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเทศ International Relations ต่อที่ LSE the London School of Economics and Political Science, University of London แล้วไปตบท้ายเก็บปริญญาเอก ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเทศ International Relations เป็นดอกเตอร์จาก St. Antony's College, University of Oxford ใช้ชีวิตเป็นเด็กนอกอยู่ 10ปีเต็มถึงได้มีโอกาสกลับมารับใช้ชาติ
เรี่มงานที่กระทรวง การต่างประเทศ เรี่มต้นที่กรมการเมืองกองเอเชียตะวันออก ต่อมาที่สำนักนโยบายและแผน สำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงต่อมาได้ย้ายไปทำเนียบช่วยท่านนายกเปรม ติณสูลานนท์ แล้วกลับมาประจำที่กรมอาเซียนDepartment of ASEAN Affairs
รวมเวลาแล้วก็เก้าปี พอดี พอปี1995 จึงได้เวลาออกไปประจำอยู่ ไทยมิชชั่น Permanent Mission of Thailand to the United Nations Office and other International Organizations ที่กรุงเจนีวา สวิตเซอร์แลนด์
เมื่อครบวาระจึงได้ กลับเข้ากระทรวงเป็นผู้อำนวยการสำนัก สำนักนโยบายและแผน แล้วย้ายไปกรมเอเซียใต้ ตะวันออกกลางและแอฟริกา ตำแหน่งล่าสุดก่อนย้ายมารับตำแหน่งเอกอัครราชทูต ที่สวีเดน เป็นอธิบดีกรมเอเซียตะวันออก

ท่านทูตอภิชาติ ชินวรรโณ มีภรรยาชื่อคุณผกาแก้ว มีบุตรชายหนึ่งคนกำลังศึกษาอยู่ที่อังกฤษ และบุตรสาวหนึ่งคนกำลังศึกษาอยู่ที่กรุงสตอกโฮล์ม
แม้ว่าเวลาที่อยู่ใน สวีเดนยังสั้นนักแต่ท่านทูตก็ประทับใจที่นี่มากและลงท้ายชมมืองหลวงแห่งนี้ ว่า" ทะเลงาม น้ำสะอาด ธรรมชาติสวย รวยอากาศบริสุทธิ์"
Get to know our new Ambassador "H.E. MR.APICHART CHINWANNO"
Mr. Ambassador and his family have just moved to Stockholm in the beginning of 2005.
He has spent 10 years of his youth in the UK. He has got a Bachelor of Science (Economic and Politics) from University of Southampton, a Master of Science (International Relations) from London School of Economics and Political Science, University of London and a Doctor of Philosophy (International Relations) from St. Antony's College, University of Oxford.
After returning home, he spent the next nine years starting his career in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He began his first post in 1985 at East Asia Division, Department of Political Affairs. After that at Policy and Planning Division, Office of the Permanent Secretary, Aide to Prime Minister General Prem Tinsulanonda, , Office of the Secretary to the Minister and become the Chief, Secretariat at Department of ASEAN Affairs

In 1995 Mr.Apichart Chinwanno was appointed Minister Counsellor at Permanent Mission of Thailand to the United Nations Office and other International Organizations in Geneva, Switzerland.

After returning home, he was appointed the Director of Policy and Planning Division, Office of the Permanent Secretary. then moved to Department of South Asian, Middle East and African Affairs.His last post before coming to Sweden was the Director-General at Department of East Asian Affairs.
Mr. Ambassador together with his wife Mrs.Pakakeo have a son studying in the UK and a daughter studying here in Stockholm.
Last be not least, Stockholm "the beauty on the water" and Sweden "Land of the beautiful nature" seemed to have already captured the Ambassador's heart.
