ประวัติท่านรองธรรมอธิการ

ท่านรองธรรมอธิการ หรือท่านเฉียนเหยิน ท่านแซ่เฉิน นามหงเจิน เป็นชาวนครเทียนจิน มณฑลเหอเป่ย เกิดในปีหมินกั๋วที่ 12 ค.ศ. 1923 (พ.ศ.2466) เป็นบุตรีของท่านคหบดีได้รับการปลูกฝังกล่อมเกลาจากบิดา และคนในครอบครัว เป็นผู้ชอบทำบุญให้ทาน ชอบบูชาพระ และได้ปฏิบัติอยู่เป็นเนืองนิจ ท่านจึงเป็นผู้ที่เต็มเปี่ยมไปด้วยจิตที่เป็นกุศล จนถึงกับตั้งความมุ่งมั่นตั้งแต่ยังเยาว์วัย ว่าจะเจริญเมตตากรุณาธรรม จะอุทิศตนเพื่อกอบกู้โลก ฉุดช่วยปวงชนให้กลับคืนสู่ต้นกำเนิดเดิม ท่านรองธรรมอธิการได้รับธรรมะเมื่ออายุ 19 ปี (พ.ศ.2485) หลังจากที่ได้รับวิถีธรรมแล้ว ก็ติดตามท่านธรรมอธิการตลอดมา และออกไปบุกเบิกแพร่ธรรมที่ไต้หวันกับท่านธรรมอธิการเมื่ออายุได้ 25 ปี (พ.ศ. 2491)
ตลอดเวลาที่อยู่ในประเทศไต้หวันกับท่านธรรมอธิการ ท่านได้ทุ่มเทเสียสละความสุขส่วนตัวจากลูกของเศรษฐี มามีความเป็นอยู่อย่างลูกคนจน ตอนกลางวัน
แต่งตัวด้วยชุดกี่เพ้าธรรมดา ออกไปเย็บรองเท้าขายตามสามแยก สี่แยก ร่างกายที่ผอมบางต้องต่อสู้กับความหนาวของธรรมชาติที่หนาวมาก ๆ แต่ก็ไม่ปริปากบ่น กลางวันทำงานค้าขาย กลางคืนทำงานธรรมะ ได้ถูกทางราชการจับไปขังหลายครั้ง แต่ท่านก็ไม่ถดถอย กลับมุมานะทำงานธรรมะมากยิ่งขึ้น
ท่านเฉียนเหยินได้รับการถ่ายทอดโองการสวรรค์ จากท่านธรรมอธิการ แล้วไปถ่ายทอดโองการสวรรค์ที่อลอสตาร์ เป็นครั้งแรก แล้วมาถ่ายทอดโองการสวรรค์ให้ที่ประเทศไทยเป็นครั้งที่ 2 มีผู้ได้รับการถ่ายทอด 9 ท่าน
ท่านเฉียนเหยินได้โปรดมาเยือนประเทศไทย เห็นว่าที่ประเทศไทยมีผู้รับธรรมะมาก ท่านเกรงว่าคนไทยจะไม่รู้เรื่องของธรรมะ ในปี 2533 ท่านรองธรรมอธิการได้ให้จวงเซิงถังเตี่ยนฉวนซือมาพักอยู่ที่ไท่จงถันหลายเดือน เพื่อถ่ายทอดหัวข้อธรรมะในหลาย ๆ หัวข้อแก่คนไทย โดยให้คนไทยไปรับฟังแล้วอัดเทปมาถอดเป็นคำสอนในประเทศไทย ต่อมาได้เปิดชั้นเรียนซินหมิน ในปี 2533 และเปิดชั้นเรียนจื้อซั่น ในปี 2534 ต่อจากนี้ได้มอบทุนให้ 100,000 บาท (หนึ่งแสนบาทถ้วน) ให้เป็นค่าจัด
พิมพ์คู่มือ ในตอนนั้นทั้งเตี่ยนฉวนซือไต้หวันและคนไทย พร้อมทั้งเจี่ยงซือหลายท่าน
ได้ช่วยกันทำตำราซินหมินและจื้อซั่นออกมา และได้ใช้มาจนปัจจุบันนี้
จากการปกครองด้วยเมตตากรุณาธรรม และด้วยปรีชาชาญของท่าน
เฉียนเหยิน ทำให้งานธรรมกิจในเกาะไต้หวันเจริญรุ่งเรืองก้าวหน้าขึ้นเป็นลำดับ จากชนบทไปถึงในเมือง จากกลุ่มเกษตรกรไปสู่วงการพ่อค้า วงการอุตสาหกรรม แล้วไปถึงวงการนักวิชาการ งานแพร่ธรรมได้ซึมซาบเข้าไปถึงทุกซอกทุกมุมของเกาะไต้หวัน มีบุคลากรและนักธรรมมากมายเป็นประวัติการณ์ ด้วยเหตุนี้พุทธสถานพระอารามใหญ่ ๆ จึงเกิดขึ้นมากมาย มีนักธรรมชั้นปัญญาชนล้นหลาม ชั้นศึกษาธรรมและกิจกรรมการกุศลจัดกันหนาแน่น จึงกลายเป็นจุดเด่นของอาณาจักรธรรมฉงเต๋อ และเป็นจุดศูนย์กลางในเป้าสายตาที่วงการต่าง ๆ ในสังคมพากันนิยมชมชอบ
ท่านเฉียนเหยินยังได้โปรดอนาทรต่อไปถึงพี่น้องร่วมโลกทางโพ้นทะเล
ที่ยังมิได้รับการฉุดช่วย เริ่มจากปี พ.ศ.2515 ได้จาริกไปสู่ประเทศญี่ปุ่น เพื่อไปฉุดช่วยผู้มีบุญสัมพันธ์ต่อกันอย่างกว้างขวาง อีกทั้งยังได้จัดเตรียมแผนงานขยายการแพร่ธรรมออกไปยังสิงค์โปร์ กัวลาลัมเปอร์ อลอสตาร์ และประเทศไทย จนได้รับการตั้งให้เป็นอาณาจักรธรรมเพิ่มขึ้นอีก 5 อาณาจักรธรรม นอกจากนี้ยังมี ฮ่องกง มาเก๊า
อินโดนีเซีย ฟิลิปปินส์ เวียตนาม พม่า นิวยอร์ค ยุโรป อัฟริกา และทวีปอเมริกา แต่ละแห่งล้วนมีงานธรรมที่มีอนาคตสดใส
ด้วยบารมีคุณอันยิ่งใหญ่ที่ท่านเหล่าเฉียนเหยินได้โปรดกล่อมเกลา ด้วยบารมีธรรมของท่านเฉียนเหยินได้โปรดส่องทาง ขอย้อนไปเมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2519 ท่าน
ซูเซี่ยวโจวเตี่ยนฉวนซือ ผู้ทำการค้ากระสวยหลอดด้ายด้วยเซรามิก ทำให้ลื่นทอได้ง่ายขึ้น มีชื่อเสียงดังไปไกล การค้าเจริญรุ่งเรืองมาก ได้มาค้าขายกับพ่อค้าในกรุงเทพฯ.
หลายคน ในจำนวนนั้นมีนายจางจื้อเหนิงรวมอยู่ด้วย เพื่อที่จะให้ครอบครัวของนายจางจื้อเหนิงได้รับวิถีธรรม ท่านซูเซี่ยวโจวเตี่ยนฉวนซือ (ในปัจจุบันรู้จักกันในนามหงเต้าต้าเซียน) ยอมขึ้นเครื่องบินมากรุงเทพฯ.ถึงสามครั้ง มาพูดให้เข้าใจถึงหลักธรรม ท่านเฉินลี่อวิ๋นภรรยาของท่านซูเซี่ยวโจวยิ่งตั้งใจมากกว่า ได้กราบขอให้สิ่งศักดิ์สิทธิ์ช่วยส่งเสริมทุกวัน จนในที่สุดทราบถึงพระโพธิสัตว์กวนอิม มาโปรดหนุนนำ
หลังจากนั้นท่านเฉียนเหยินก็มาโปรดที่ประเทศไทยโดยมิได้หวั่นเกรงต่ออากาศอันร้อนอบอ้าวของเมืองไทย และภาษาอันไม่สามารถสื่อความกันได้ ท่านได้จาริกมาประเทศไทย โปรดให้จัดตั้งพุทธสถานในตระกูลจางเป็นแห่งแรกในเมืองไทย เมื่อเดือนตุลาคม พ.ศ.2521 แล้วได้ตั้งพุทธสถานส่วนรวมที่ไท่จง เมื่อปี 2528 และสถานธรรมไท่ทง เมื่อ ปี 2529 หลังจากปี 2531 แล้ว จึงมีนักธรรมผู้ใหญ่จากไต้หวันทะยอยกันมาบุกเบิกแพร่ธรรมที่ประเทศไทยอย่างมากมาย ต่อจากนั้นก็ได้โปรดให้มีการยกระดับบุคลากรทุกปี ทั้งยังได้ส่งอาจารย์ถ่ายทอดเบิกธรรม อาจารย์บรรยายธรรมเวียนกันมาเอาใจใส่ส่งเสริม ด้วยความเต็มใจมิได้แบ่งแยก ทำให้งานธรรมกิจของอาณาจักรธรรมแห่งประเทศไทยเจริญเติบโตได้อย่างมั่นคงมาสิบกว่าปีแล้ว
ท่านเฉียนเหยินได้โปรดบ่งชี้ว่า “ให้คนในท้องถิ่นทำงานของตนเอง”
และ “ ปกครองนำพาหมู่คณะ กิจกรรมให้ทำเป็นส่วนรวม “ จึงได้ตั้งหกหน่วยงานชั้นจงอี้ขึ้นในเมืองไทย โดยไม่แบ่งแยกว่าเป็นคนจีนหรือคนไทย คนทางเหนือหรือคนทางใต้ ให้ทุกคนถือเอาความรู้สึกว่าเราอยู่ร่วมกัน เป็นครอบครัวฉงเต๋อเดียวกัน ทำให้
ทุกคนร่วมงานกันได้อย่างแน่นแฟ้น งานแพร่ธรรมจึงเจริญมากขึ้นทุกวัน จากศูนย์กลางกรุงเทพฯ. ได้ขยายออกไปรอบด้าน จนได้ที่ดินมาจากนางพันธ์ทิพย์ อาริยวัฒน์
ผืนหนึ่ง มีเนื้อที่ดิน 2 ไร่ 8 ตารางวา ต่อจากนั้นทุกคนก็ช่วยกันสร้างบ้านฉงเต๋อขึ้นจนสำเร็จ และทำการเปิดเมื่อวันที่ 12 มกราคม 2540 ต่อจากนี้งานธรรมะได้ขยาย
ออกไปเป็น 8 เขต คือ เขตกรุงเทพฯ. เขตนครปฐม เขตตะวันออก ก. เขตตะวันออก ข
เขตอีสาณ ก. เขตอีสาณ ข. เขตเหนือ ก. เขตเหนือ ข. มีอาจารย์ถ่ายทอดเบิกธรรม
ในปี 2540 อยู่ 24 ท่าน ปัจจุบันนี้ (ปี 2547) มีอยู่ 67 ท่าน มีอาจารย์บรรยายหลายร้อยท่าน มีพุทธสถานส่วนรวมมากกว่า 160แห่ง มีสถานธรรมส่วนครอบครัวหลายพันแห่ง มีญาติธรรมหลายแสนคน (ในปี 2546 มีผู้รับธรรมมากกว่า 70,000 คน ในปี
2547-2548 คาดว่าจะมีผู้รับธรรมถึงหนึ่งแสนคนขึ้นไป การที่งานธรรมเจริญรุ่งเรืองขึ้น
อย่างรวดเร็วเป็นเพราะพระโองการฟ้าปรกแผ่บารมีคุณไปทั่วเมืองไทยอย่างกว้างขวาง
เป็นกิจลักษณะอันรุ่งโรจน์ ชาวเราสำนึกอย่างซาบซึ้งว่าทั้งหมดนี้ล้วนเกิดจากพระมหา
กรุณาธิคุณเบื้องบน พระบารมีคุณของของพระบรรพาจารย์เป็นล้นพ้น เกิดจากทิพยญาณของท่านเหล่าเฉียนเหยิน ณ เบื้องบนได้โปรดอุ้มชูคุ้มครอง เกิดจากปฏิปทา
ของท่านเฉียนเหยินที่ซาบซึ้งจูงใจ ประกอบกับการปกครองนำพาที่ถูกต้องเที่ยงแท้แน่นอนในจุดหมายของการสร้างสรรค์ ในวันข้างหน้า จะมีความร่วมแรงร่วมใจจากญาติธรรมทั้งหลายที่ได้ทุ่มเทให้
วันที่ 26 มีนาคม 2543 ได้จัดงานฉลองอี๋ก้วนเต้าขึ้นที่พุทธมณฑล
เพื่อประกาศให้ทั่วประเทศได้ทราบว่า ทางรัฐบาลไทยได้ให้การจดทะเบียนมูลนิธิ
อี๋ก้วนเต้า (อนุตตรธรรม)ไทย ซึ่งเป็นที่รวมของสายธรรมทุก ๆ สายในประเทศไทยมา
รวมตัวกันเป็นหนึ่ง ในงานนี้ทางท่านเฉียนเหยินได้นำเงินถวายให้โครงการส่วนพระองค์
ที่สวนจิตรลดา เป็นเงิน 1,000,000 บาท (หนึ่งล้านบาทถ้วน) และบริจาคให้สภาสังคมสงเคราะห์แห่งประเทศไทย 300,000 บาท (สามแสนบาทถ้วน) นอกจากนี้ยังบริจาคให้แก่มูลนิธิราษฎร์ประชาสมาศัยในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ที่นครปฐมอีก 100,000 บาท (หนึ่งแสนบาทถ้วน) นอกจากนี้ยังได้เชิญข้าราชการผู้ใหญ่ของไทยหลายท่าน หลาย
ครั้งไปดูงานอนุตตรธรรมที่เกาะไต้หวัน การที่จัดงานอย่างนี้ก็เพื่อให้ทางหน่วยงานของทางราชการได้เห็นว่า งานอนุตตรธรรมสามารถช่วยเหลือสังคมให้ทุกคนเป็นคนดี เป็นการช่วยเหลือการปกครองของรัฐบาลทางอ้อม และเพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้นักธรรมในประเทศไทยต้องเดือดร้อนในการเผยแพร่ธรรมะ เหมือนอย่างในอดีตที่ผ่านมา
ในปี พ.ศ.2546 อาณาจักรธรรมในประเทศไต้หวันได้ดำเนินธรรมกิจถึงขั้นมาตรฐานแล้ว 7 อาณาจักรธรรม ท่านเฉียนเหยินหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่า อีก 5 อาณา
จักรธรรมโพ้นทะเลจะถึงมาตรฐานเช่นเดียวกันในไม่ช้านี้
ในปี2550 ต้ากูได้กลับเบื้องบนในพระชนม์86ปี

前人老，諱鴻珍，字瑩如，道號元貞。民國十二年生於天津市，距九十七年元月六日成道，享壽八十六歲。
前人尊翁鳳鳴公為天津雜貨商會會長，為人樂善好施，成立恤黎會，每月幫助數十位孤兒寡母，接濟貧寒困苦人家，萱堂顏氏相夫教子，淑慎溫恭。大姑老前人有二弟四妹，家庭極為和樂美滿。她老於十七歲求道，研究道義數年，了悟大道為超凡入聖之無上法門，於是發心辦道渡眾。
　　大姑老前人二十五歲時，正逢道長選拔人才開荒台灣，她老遂於民國三十六年抵台，然因水土不服而返鄉治病，仍不忘救世宏愿。翌年，再度追隨白水聖帝韓道長來台開荒闡道。民國三十八年，因兩岸斷絕，從此以道場為家，自立自強，歷經層層考驗，突破千魔萬考，披荊斬棘，蓽路藍縷，至誠感天，仙佛慈悲無限助力，由斗六崇修堂立基，逐漸建立起雲林、彰化、台北、台中、苗栗、高雄、台南等七大道場。並於民國六十五年開荒國外，厥有日本、新加坡、馬來西亞吉隆坡、亞羅士打、泰國、美國洛杉磯等六大道場及各地道務中心，遍及世界五大洲。
　　大姑老前人孝思不匱，效法父親成立恤黎會的精神，在台灣先後成立崇德、崇仁、崇禮、崇義、光慧五個文化教育基金會，以提倡節孝精神頒發獎學金，鼓勵學生進德修業，各基金會均曾多次獲選為教育部推行社會教育有功團體；她老又襄助白水聖帝韓道長創辦埔里光明仁愛之家及信義育幼院等公益慈善事業，以造福人群；尤其各大專院校學生受其精神感召，投入修道辦道行列者成千上萬，在各學校成立素食伙食團即有一百多所，造就許多人才。
　　她老為使年青人修道不受到委曲挫折，乃積極與各組線前輩為一貫道合法化而努力，終於民國七十七年成立中華民國一貫道總會，嗣後對於臺灣省分會及各地支會的成立及運作，積極指導，提攜後進不遺餘力，並襄助張老前人培成，推動世界性的會務發展。且對各組線不吝關懷協助，深受愛戴敬重。　　大姑老前人對於所領導的發一崇德道場，以集體領導，整體帶動的方式，諄諄引導老中青少，正心修身，己立立人，建構三界一元化、忠義字班、十組運作的道場建制，使人人有事做，事事有人做；更本著取諸社會，回饋社會的理念，幫助政府，投入各項公益活動，時常受政府委託辦理模範父親表揚、人民團體新春團拜、為脊髓損傷者站起來愛心募款義賣晚會等等，更長年贊助推動志工志業，走入觀護輔導，進入各校辦理校園營隊，提倡養生養慧，受到政府肯定讚揚，獲頒社會福利獎章，好人好事八德獎，推行社教有功個人獎，華夏一等獎章，甚至榮獲國家頒授景星勳章等殊榮，為黨政社會各界一致景仰推崇。
前人追隨師尊師母天命，承傳白水聖帝韓道長志業，傳承慧命，提攜成全無數道場棟樑；她老一生謹嚴自持，秉溫良恭儉讓精神，以身示道，無愧自己、無愧父母、無愧祖師、師尊、師母、無愧上天。她老天天奔馳海內外道場，掛念萬千後學，惦記無量眾生，後學們尊為不休息菩薩；開創領導發一崇德道場，苦心經營，慈悲帶動，上天譽之為永恆舵手、世紀導航。一生奉獻道場，來台闡道六十年，一心效法觀音菩薩，大慈大悲，栽培後學已經成道為真君、大仙、天仙者，不計其數；大姑老前人一生講說孝道專題，化人無數，其父母沾光而成就承恩大帝、玄翎菩薩，可證立身行道者，果能揚名後世以顯父母。如今功圓果滿，精神永昭天地，為眾生留下修辦的聖哲典範，將受萬代崇仰。明明上帝封為不休息菩薩。
