    สถานการณ์น้ำท่วมนครศรีธรรมราช เริ่มคลี่คลาย ไม่มีฝน ท้องฟ้าแจ่มใส คาดวันนี้ ระบายน้ำท่วมขังได้ทั้งหมด ส่วน จ.พัทลุงบางส่วนดีขึ้น ระดับน้ำลดลงหลังฝนหยุดตก ขณะที่อ.ควนขนุน เตือนชาวบ้านเตรียมรับมวลน้ำเหนือที่จะทะลักลงมาอีก
    ว่าที่ ร.ต.ฐิตวัฒน เชาวลิต รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช เปิดเผยกับ สำนักข่าว ไอ.เอ็น.เอ็น. เกี่ยวกับสถานการณ์น้ำท่วมว่า ในวันนี้ ท้องฟ้าแจ่มใส มีแสงแดดแล้ว ทำให้พื้นที่น้ำท่วม เนื่องจากฝนตกหนักในช่วง 2 วันก่อน ที่ อำเภอพระพรหม ร่อนพิบูลย์ ลานสกา และอำเภอเมือง น่าจะเริ่มคลี่คลายไปได้ ยอมรับว่าโชคดี ที่ฝนหนักระลอกนี้ ไม่กระทบกับ อำเภอนบพิตำ และ สิชล เป็นพื้นที่เสี่ยง และได้รับผลกระทบหนักมาตลอดในช่วงที่ผ่านมา

    ทั้งนี้ รองผู้ว่าฯ นครศรีธรรมราช ยังกล่าวด้วยว่า จากประสบการณ์ที่ฝนตกหนักในช่วงที่ผ่านมา ทำให้ครั้งนี้ ได้มีการแจ้งเตือนประชาชนในพื้นที่ลุ่มต่ำในเขตเทศบาลเมือง และพื้นที่รับน้ำอื่นๆ ได้ดี ทำให้ไม่มีผู้บาดเจ็บหรือเสียชีวิต แต่อย่างใด ส่วนในเรื่องความช่วยเหลือ ก็ได้มีการแจกจ่ายถุงยังชีพเรียบร้อยแล้ว

    ด้าน จ.พัทลุง นายวิญญู ทองสกุล ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดพัทลุง ก็เปิดเผยกับ สำนักข่าว ไอ.เอ็น.เอ็น.ว่าฝนหยุดตกแล้วตั้งแต่เมื่อวานนี้ ทำให้สถานการณ์ในเขต อ.ป่าบอน ตะโหมด กงหรา ศรีนครินทร์ ศรีบรรพต และป่าพะยอม ดีขึ้น คาดว่าน่าจะระบายน้ำ ลงสู่ทะเลได้หมดในวันนี้ หากไม่มีฝนตกลงมาอีก

    Long Duration C-Class Flare: A long duration C6 class solar flare is in progress around Sunspot 1402 in the northeast quadrant. A Coronal Mass Ejection (CME) is now seen in the latest Lasco images, however it appears that it will be directed to the north and east. Stay tuned for more updates.

    ชาวบ้านกว่า 70 ครัวเรือน ในตำบลกรุงชิง ถูกตัดขาดจากโลกภายนอกเนื่องจากสะพาน และถนนถูกกระแสน้ำพัดขาดหลายจุด ต้องนำท่อนไม้มาเชื่อมต่อระหว่างสะพาน และถนน ให้ประชาชนข้ามได้ก่อน

    อำเภอนบพิตำ จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช เป็นอีกพื้นที่ที่ยังได้รับความเดือดร้อนจากน้ำท่วม ซึ่งเป็นน้ำระลอกใหม่มาเพิ่มเติมอีก ทำให้การช่วยเหลือพี่น้องประชาชนในหมู่ที่ 5 6 7 และ 8 ตำบลกรุงชิง เป็นได้ด้วยความยากลำบาก

    ล่าสุด พลตรีกิตติ อินทศร รองแม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 ได้ลงพื้นที่สำรวจความเสียหาย และติดตามการทำงานของกำลังพล ในการช่วยเหลือพี่น้องประชาชนผู้ประสบภัย ซึ่งหลายฝ่ายเป็นห่วงเรื่องสะพานแบริ่ง เนื่องจากระดับน้ำในลำคลองกลายสูงขึ้น เกรงว่าสะพานจะขาดอีกครั้ง อย่างไรก็ตาม รองแม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 มั่นใจว่าสะพานแบริ่งที่สร้างใหม่มีความคงทนกว่าสะพานเดิมเพราะมีการเสริมหินและปูนขนาดใหญ่ลงไป

    รองแม่ทัพภาคที่ 4 กล่าวว่าอีกพื้นที่หนึ่งที่น่าเป็นห่วง คือพื้นที่ หมู่ที่ 3 ตำบลกรุงชิง อำเภอนบพิตำ มีชาวบ้านกว่า 70 ครัวเรือน ถูกตัดขาดจากโลกภายนอก เนื่องจากสะพาน และถนนถูกกระแสน้ำพัดตัดขาดหลายจุด จุดสำคัญ คือ บริเวณสะพานแบริ่งชั้นใน ถูกกระแสน้ำพัดคอสะพานขาด เจ้าหน้าที่ต้องรอให้ระดับน้ำลดลง จึงจะสามารถกู้ขึ้นมาได้ในตอนนี้เจ้าหน้าที่จากกองทัพภาคที่ 4 ต้องนำท่อนไม้มาเชื่อมต่อระหว่างสะพาน และถนน ให้ประชาชนข้ามได้ก่อน

    พระครูภัทรธรรมาภรณ์ เจ้าอาวาสวัดถ้ำเขาเหล็กกล่าวว่า ขณะนี้ได้ประสานแขวงการทางนำรถเครนขนาดใหญ่เข้ามาในพื้นที่แล้ว รอให้ระดับน้ำลดลงก็จะกู้สะพานทันที

    นายนิคม เพ็ชรประพันธ์ ผู้ช่วยผู้ใหญ่บ้านหมู่ที่ 3 ตำบลกรุงชิง เปิดเผยว่า มีชาวบ้านกว่า 70 ครัวเรือน ที่ต้องอาศัยเส้นทางนี้เข้าออก ขณะนี้ชาวบ้านลำบากมาก ผลผลิตทางการเกษตร ทั้งยางพาราและไม้ผลกำลังออกสู่ตลาด แต่สะพานขาดทำให้ชาวบ้านไม่สามารถขนผลผลิตออกมาจำหน่ายได้

    ตึกถล่มที่เลบานอน!! ตาย 11 เจ็บ 11

    เกิดเหตุอาคารพักอาศัย 6 ชั้นในกรุงเบรุตของเลบานอนถล่ม ส่งผลให้มีผู้เสียชีวิตแล้ว 11 คน บาดเจ็บ 11 คน ขณะที่เจ้าหน้าที่กู้ภัยเร่งค้นหาผู้ที่อาจติดอยู่ใต้ซากปรักหักพัง ซึ่งคาดว่าน่าจะมีผู้ติดอยู่อีกอย่างน้อย 40 คน
    นอกจากนี้ ยังได้เร่งอพยพชาวบ้านในบริเวณนั้นออกจากบ้านเรือน เนื่องจากมีแก๊สรั่วออกมาจากอาคารที่ถล่มลงมาด้วย ส่วนสาเหตุที่ทำให้อาคารที่พักอาศัยแห่งนี้พังถล่มลงมายังไม่ทราบแน่ชัด คาดว่าเกิดจากความเก่าของอาคารแห่งนี้ ซึ่งสร้างขึ้นมากว่า 50 ปี รวมทั้งอาจเกิดจากที่บริเวณใกล้เคียงมีการสร้างอาคารใหม่ ทำให้กระทบฐานรากของอาคาร

    January 15, 2011 – INDONESIA – Twenty-five volcanoes in Indonesia are now showing abnormal activity or have been put on alert or watch status, presidential special aide Andi Arief said here on Saturday.

    “According to official data, 25 volcanoes are now under alert or watch status and they must be given priority with regard to disaster mitigation planning at district or city levels,” he said at a workshop on journalists’ role in disaster management.

    He said in West Sumatra there were two volcanoes that need to be closely watched, namely Mount Marapi and Mount Talang, as they are still under alert status. Mount Marapi is located in Agam and Tanahdatar districts and rises 2891 meters above sea level, and Mount Talang (2597 meters above sea level) in Solok district was located around 40 kilometers from the provincial capital Padang.

    Apart from the two volcanoes, the government and regional disaster management agencies were also giving priority attention to Mount Papandayan in West Java, Mount Karangetan and Lokon in North Sulawesi, Mount Ijen in East Java, Mount Gamalama in North Maluku, Mount Krakatau in Banten and Lampung and Mount Lewoloto in East Nusa Tenggara.

    He said “it is not impossible that volcanoes that are now still normal could change to become abnormal due to earthquakes that have happened to trigger magma in the mountains to increase their activity, and therefore alertness and readiness of the people must continue to be maintained.” Andi said earthquakes below five on the Richter Scale could trigger magma in the volcanoes to rise and so people must not only be alert over big but also small tremors. The 4.4 magnitude earthquake like the one in Singkawang, West Kalimantan, is one of the examples, where people had never predicted before that it could happen there, he said. “The small magnitude quake is now being studied by researchers with regard to minimizing the damage in case an eruption happens in the country as there are a lot of volcanoes in Indonesia,” he said. –Jakarta Globe

    ที่อนุสาวรีย์ชัยอากาศอบอ้าว ท้องฟ้ามีเมฆครึ้มครับ
    แถวสะพานใหม่เห็นเมฆแผ่นดินไหวมาหลายวันแล้วครับ
    ชัดเจนมาก ตอนนี้ก็สังเกตสัญญาณจากสัตว์ควบคู่ไปด้วย
    ผมคิดว่ามีลางบอกเหตุบางอย่างแน่ ๆ ครับ
    สมาชิกทุกคนที่อยู่ในกรุงเทพควรยกระดับการเฝ้าระวังขึ้นอีกครับ

    เหนืออุณหภูมิลด มีน้ำค้างแข็งบนดอยอินทนนท์
    บริเวณความกดอากาศสูงที่ปกคลุมประเทศไทยตอนบนมีกำลังอ่อนลง ประกอบกับคลื่นกระแสลมตะวันตกเคลื่อนผ่านภาคเหนือ ทำให้ภาคเหนือตอนบนมีอากาศหนาวกับมีหมอกในตอนเช้า อุณหภูมิต่ำสุด 10 ถึง 12 องศา โดยเฉพาะบนยอดดอยอินทนนท์ วันนี้อุณหภูมิต่ำสุด 2 จุด 2 องศาเซลเซียส ลมพัดอ่อนๆและเกิดน้ำแข็งบางๆ บริเวณหน้าที่ทำการอุทยานฯ

    อากาศที่หนาวเย็น ยังทำให้บริเวณสนามหญ้าและสวนหย่อม หน้าหอประชุมศรีวชิรโชติ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพิบูลสงครามพิษณุโลก ได้เกิดปรากฎการณ์น้ำค้างแข็ง บนยอดหญ้าและตามต้นไม้ดอกไม้ คณะครูที่ไปจัดกิจกรรมวันครู ได้เข้าไปชมพร้อมถ่ายรูปเก็บไว้เป็นที่ระลึก

    ดอยแม่สลอง อำเภอแม่ฟ้าหลวง จังหวัดเชียงราย นอกจากจะเป็นแหล่งผลิต และจำหน่ายใบชาชั้นดีแล้ว ขณะนี้ต้นพญาเสือโคร่ง หรือที่เรียกว่า ซากุระเมืองไทย ได้ผลัดใบผลิดอกเบ่งบาน สวยงามริมสองข้างทาง นักท่องเที่ยวต่างประทับใจถ่ายรูปเป็นที่ระลึก

    แต่อากาศหนาวเย็น ส่งผลกระทบต่อเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกกุหลาบในพื้นที่อำเภอพบพระ จังหวัดตาก เกิดปัญหาโรคราน้ำค้างและเชื้อราแป้ง ทำให้ปริมาณดอกกุหลาบลดลงไปกว่าวันละ 2 แสนดอก เกษตรกรต้องปรับเปลี่ยนพันธุ์กุหลาบ โดยใช้ต้นกุหลาบป่า ที่มีความแข็งแรงทนทานต่อโรค มาเพาะชำและนำไปติดตาต่อกิ่งกับต้นกุหลาบพันธุ์ทำให้ดอกกุหลาบแบ่งบาน ทนต่อโรคทนแทนส่วนที่ขาดหายไป
