....เรื่องแยกไฮโดรเจนออกจากน้ำด้วยไฟฟ้า...ยังห่างไกลความเป็นไปได้ทางการใช้งานจริง...ปัญหาคือ ละอองน้ำ และ กรดที่ผสมในสารละลายอิเลคโตรไลท์ จะหลุดเข้าไปในห้องเผาใหม้...เป็นผลให้เกิดการสึกหรอของเครื่องยนต์ ผิดปกติในระยะเวลาหนึ่ง... เรื่องนี้ ผมทดลองใช้งานมาแล้ว หลายสัปดาห์ และ ปัจจุบันเลิกใช้ไปแล้ว ประหยัด ได้ ๘ % ไม่คุ้มกับ การสึกหรอของเครื่องยนต์ครับ....

เราเหลือพลังงานในโลก อีกแค่ไหน ?

ประเด็นสำคัญที่มักจะถามกันเกี่ยวกับราคาน้ำมันที่แพงมากขึ้น คือ "น้ำมันกำลังหมดจากโลกแล้วหรือ ?" นักธรณีวิทยากลุ่มหนึ่ง เชื่อว่า ปริมาณการผลิตน้ำมันของโลก โดยรวมได้ถึงระดับสูงสุด (peak) แล้ว และต่อจากนี้ปริมาณจะลดลงเรื่อยๆ ไม่มีทางที่จะเพิ่มได้อีกแล้ว หากเป็นเช่นนั้นจริง ความเชื่อนี้ก็น่าจะเป็นอีกปัจจัยหนึ่งซึ่ง ช่วยเสริมคำอธิบายเหตุผลที่ทำให้น้ำมันราคาแพงขึ้นมาก

เมื่อสำรวจข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับปริมาณของเชื้อเพลิงฟอสซิลที่ยังเหลืออยู่ใต้พื้นผิวของโลก โดยจะอาศัยข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับปริมาณสำรองที่พิสูจน์แล้ว (proved reserves) และปริมาณการผลิตรายปีจากแหล่งสถิติสองแหล่ง คือ Energy Information Administration (EIA) Department of Energy ประเทศสหรัฐ และบริษัทน้ำมัน British Petroleum (BP)

น้ำมัน ณ ต้นปี 2007 ปริมาณสำรองที่พิสูจน์แล้วของน้ำมันโลกมีทั้งหมด 1,208 พันล้านบาร์เรล เหลือให้ใช้ในอัตราการผลิตปัจจุบันได้อีกประมาณ 40 ปี (อัตราส่วนระหว่างปริมาณสำรองที่พิสูจน์แล้วกับปริมาณการผลิตในปี 2006 หรือ reserves-production ratio หรือ R-P ratio เท่ากับ 40.5)

ข้อมูลชี้ว่าตัวเลขปริมาณสำรองน้ำมันของโลกมีแนวโน้มที่สูงขึ้นมาโดยตลอด โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในช่วงเวลาหลังปี 2000 เป็นต้นมา ทั้งนี้ เพราะราคาน้ำมันที่สูงขึ้นมากได้ทำให้น้ำมันที่เหลืออยู่และมีความ คุ้มค่าในการผลิตมีปริมาณเพิ่มมากขึ้น

ปริมาณสำรองน้ำมันกว่าครึ่งหนึ่งของ ทั้งโลก (56%) อยู่ในประเทศแถบตะวันออกกลาง โดยประเทศสมาชิกกลุ่ม OPEC มีปริมาณสำรองรวมกันคิดเป็น 65% ของทั้งโลก (ในปี 2006 OPEC ผลิตน้ำมันรวมกันมากคิดเป็น 42% ของทั้งโลก และส่งออกในปริมาณคิดเป็น 55% ของทั้งหมด) ประเทศที่มีปริมาณสำรองน้ำมันมากที่สุดในโลกคือซาอุดีอาระเบีย (22%) รองลงไปได้แก่ อิหร่าน อิรัก คูเวต และสหรัฐอาหรับเอมิเรตส์

ข้อสังเกตประการหนึ่งเกี่ยวกับปริมาณสำรองคือ กรณีทรายน้ำมัน (tar sands หรือ oil sands) ในแคนาดา ซึ่งเพิ่งถูกเปลี่ยนฐานะจากปริมาณสำรองธรรมดามาเป็นปริมาณสำรองที่พิสูจน์แล้วตั้งแต่ปี 2005 เป็นต้นมา เนื่องจากราคาน้ำมันที่สูงขึ้นมากได้ทำให้ทรายน้ำมันเริ่มมีความคุ้มค่าในการผลิตแล้ว ปริมาณสำรองของทรายน้ำมันในแคนาดามีมากถึง 163.5 พันล้านบาร์เรล ซึ่งสามารถทำให้แคนาดากลายเป็นประเทศที่มีปริมาณสำรองน้ำมันมากเป็นอันดับ 2 แทนอิหร่านได้ และหากรวมทรายน้ำมันเข้ากับน้ำมัน ก็จะทำให้ปริมาณสำรองน้ำมันของโลกเพิ่มขึ้นเป็น 1,372 พันล้านบาร์เรล ซึ่งทำให้จำนวนปีที่เหลือใช้ (R-P ratio) เพิ่มขึ้นอีกประมาณ 5 ปี

สำหรับประเทศนอกกลุ่ม OPEC ปริมาณสำรองน้ำมันในหลายประเทศที่สามารถผลิตน้ำมันได้มีแนวโน้มลดลง เพราะแหล่งสำรองที่ผลิตอยู่แล้วมีกำลังการผลิตลดลง และเพราะยังไม่สามารถพบแหล่งผลิตใหม่ๆ เพื่อทดแทนแหล่งเก่าได้ ประเทศที่คาดว่าปริมาณสำรองน้ำมัน

และปริมาณการผลิตน้ำมันจะลดลงในอนาคต ได้แก่ นอร์เวย์ อังกฤษ เม็กซิโก จีน และมาเลเซีย อย่างไรก็ตาม หากจะพิจารณาข้อมูลปริมาณการผลิตน้ำมันในช่วง 10 ปีที่ผ่านมา ก็จะเห็นว่าการผลิตน้ำมันของโลกยังมีแนวโน้มของปริมาณที่เพิ่มขึ้นเป็นส่วนใหญ่ จึงยังไม่มีหลักฐานที่ชี้ชัดว่าปริมาณการผลิตน้ำมันของโลกได้ถึงระดับสูงสุด (peak) แล้ว

EIA คาดว่าในช่วง 20 ปีข้างหน้า การผลิตและใช้น้ำมันของโลกจะยังคงเพิ่มขึ้นในอัตราเพิ่มเฉลี่ยประมาณ 1.4% ต่อปี โดยการผลิตน้ำมันของประเทศในกลุ่ม OPEC จะเพิ่มความสำคัญมากขึ้น คือจะมีสัดส่วนมากขึ้นเป็นประมาณครึ่งหนึ่งของการผลิตทั้งหมด (เทียบกับประมาณ 40% ในปัจจุบัน)

ขณะที่ก๊าซธรรมชาติ ณ ต้นปี 2007 ปริมาณสำรองที่พิสูจน์แล้วของก๊าซธรรมชาติโลกมีทั้งหมด 181 ล้านล้านลูกบาศก์เมตร เหลือให้ใช้ในอัตราการผลิตปัจจุบันได้อีกประมาณ 63 ปี (หรือ reserves-production ratio หรือ r-p ratio เท่ากับ 63.3) ข้อมูลในตารางก๊าซสำรองฯ ชี้ว่าตัวเลขปริมาณสำรองก๊าซธรรมชาติของโลกมีแนวโน้มที่สูงขึ้นมาโดยตลอดเช่นเดียวกับกรณีของน้ำมัน การประเมินในปี 2000 ชี้ให้เห็นว่ายังมีปริมาณสำรองของก๊าซธรรมชาติที่มีโอกาสค้นพบเพิ่มเติมได้อีก 117 ล้านล้านลูกบาศก์เมตร หรืออีกประมาณ 65% ของปริมาณสำรองที่พิสูจน์แล้วในปัจจุบัน หากสามารถค้นพบก๊าซธรรมชาติจำนวนนี้ได้จริงและมีความคุ้มค่าในการพัฒนา ก็จะทำให้โลกเหลือก๊าซธรรมชาติไว้ใช้ได้เพิ่มขึ้นอีกประมาณ 40 ปี เป็นกว่า 100 ปี

ส่วนถ่านหิน ณ ต้นปี 2007 ปริมาณสำรองที่พิสูจน์แล้วของถ่านหินในโลกมีทั้งหมด 909 พันล้านตัน เหลือให้ใช้ในอัตราการผลิตปัจจุบันได้อีกประมาณ 147 ปี

จากข้อมูลแสดงให้เห็นว่า ปริมาณการผลิตถ่านหินของโลกในช่วง 10 ปีที่ผ่านมาค่อนข้างคงที่ในช่วง 5 ปีแรก แต่หลังจากนั้นก็ได้เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยส่วนใหญ่เป็นผลจากการเพิ่มปริมาณการผลิตในจีน อินเดีย แอฟริกาใต้ อินโดนีเซีย และ คาซัคสถาน EIA คาดว่าในช่วง 20 ปีข้างหน้า การผลิตถ่านหินของโลกจะยังคงเพิ่มขึ้นในอัตราเพิ่มเฉลี่ยประมาณ 2.2% ต่อปี โดยปริมาณที่เพิ่มส่วนใหญ่จะมาจากการใช้ถ่านหินในประเทศของจีน สหรัฐ และอินเดีย

การสำรวจข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับปริมาณสำรองที่พิสูจน์แล้วของเชื้อเพลิงฟอสซิล 3 ชนิดข้างต้นให้ข้อสรุป 5 ประการ ดังนี้

1.โลกยังมีน้ำมัน ก๊าซธรรมชาติ และถ่านหินเหลืออยู่ให้ใช้ได้อีกอย่างน้อย 50 ปี

2.ถ่านหินเป็นเชื้อเพลิงที่เหลืออยู่มากที่สุด และใช้ได้อีกนานเกินกว่า 100 ปี

3.การคาดการณ์ในอนาคตบ่งชี้ว่า การผลิตเชื้อเพลิงฟอสซิลทั้ง 3 ชนิดยังมีแนวโน้มเพิ่มขึ้นได้ อย่างน้อยในช่วง 20 ปีข้างหน้า โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งปริมาณการผลิตน้ำมันของโลกโดยรวมยังไม่ถึงระดับสูงสุด (peak) ในช่วงเวลาดังกล่าว ส่วนถ่านหินจะเป็นเชื้อเพลิงที่มีอัตราการขยายตัวของการผลิตและการใช้มากที่สุด

4.ต้นทุนการผลิตเชื้อเพลิงฟอสซิลทั้ง 3 ชนิดมีแนวโน้มสูงขึ้น โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งน้ำมันจะผลิตจากแหล่งในประเทศนอกกลุ่ม OPEC ที่มีต้นทุนค่อนข้างสูง ทั้งนี้ รวมไปถึงการผลิตจากทรายน้ำมันในแคนาดา

5.ในกรณีน้ำมัน กลุ่ม OPEC และประเทศในเอเชียกลางจะมีอำนาจเหนือตลาดมากขึ้นตามเวลา เพราะปริมาณน้ำมันที่ผลิตจากกลุ่มประเทศเหล่านี้จะมีสัดส่วนของตลาดที่สูงขึ้น

....กรุณาอย่าเป็นห่วงเลย...เรื่องพลังงานอะไรนี่ครับ...ทุกอย่างย่อมมีทางออกเสมอ....ส่วนตัวผม...เชื่อว่าในชีวิตนี้ ท่านจะได้เห็น เชื้อเพลิงใหม่ๆและ ยานบิน ที่ใช้แทนรถยนต์ และใช้พลังงานในการขับเคลื่อนต่ำกว่ารถยนต์ อย่างแน่นอน....เช่นน้ำมัน๕๐ ลิตร(น้ำมันหนึ่งถัง) บินได้ จาก กรุงเทพ ถึง เชียงใหม่ และใครๆ ก็ขับยานบินนี้ได้ เหมือนการขับ รถยนต์แต่จะรอให้ผู้คนเหลือน้อยๆกว่านี้มากๆหน่อย.....รออีกสักนิด....

- ตัว Bubbler เราสามารถออกแบบเพื่อให้เขาทำหน้าที่ในการดักจับกรด ด่าง ความชื้น หรือกรองให้เหลือแต่ HHO อย่างเดียวได้ครับ แต่คงไม่ 100% หรืออาจเพิ่ม Bubbler เพื่อแยกหน้าที่กันได้ครับ ที่สำคัญเมื่อใช้ไปพอควรแล้วของเหลวใน Bubbler ควรเปลี่ยนครับ
- การต่อท่อนำก๊าซ HHO ลองต่อให้ยาวขึ้นและมีช่วงต่างระดับ สูงต่ำ หลายครั้งก็ช่วยดักความชื้นหรือสิ่งแปลกปลอมได้ดีครับ
- ก๊าซ HHO เป็นตัวเสริมกำลังเครื่อง เพื่อช่วยประหยัดการใช้นำมันเชื้อเพลิงหลักที่แพงขึ้นได้เท่านั้น ใช้เป็นเชื้อเพลิงหลักไม่ได้ เครื่องจะเสียหายทันที่เพราะ HHO จะให้ความร้อนสูงมากเครื่องยนต์ทุกยี่ห้อ ออกแบบสำหรับน้ำมันที่มีความร้อนระดับนี้ ประหยัด 20% ก็เยี่ยมยุทธแล้วครับ
- เรื่องการจดลิขสิทธิ์ไม่ต้องห่วงครับ ใครคิดจะจด ก็จดได้เฉพาะรูปแบบวิธีการของตนเท่านั้น ส่วน ขั้นตอน ทฤษฎี เป็นความรู้สากลมาจดไม่ได้ครับ หรือถ้าพวกเราทำได้เป็นรูปธรรมจริงๆ ก็จดสิทธ์แบบไม่สงวนในประเทศไทยและคนไทย ก็ได้ครับ ( ระบบ OS ของ Linux ) ยังจดได้เลย
- เรื่องสุดท้าย อนาคตของพลังงาน ผมคิดว่าถ้าเราไม่รีบหาพลังงานทดแทน หรือเปลี่ยนแนวการใช้พลังานเป็นรูปแบบอื่น เราคงตกอยู่ในอำนาจของมนุษเปโต กลุ่ม OPEC อีกนาน ปริมาณน้ำมันดิบสำรองก็ใช่ว่าจะลดลง เราได้ข่าวการพบแหล่งน้ำมันใหม่อยู่บ่อยๆ ของไทยเองก็มีมากพอควรแต่อาจอยู่ลึกไม่คุ้มค่าเชิงพานิช หรือในขณะนี้เรายังหนีไม่พ้นเงามืดของธุรกิจน้ำมันจากต่างชาติที่คอยแทรกแซงกีดกันอยู่อย่างชัดเจน ดูง่ายๆมีบริษัทต่างชาติคิดค้นรถไม่ใช้น้ำมันมาได้ แล้วก็ประกาศตัวเผยแพร่ความรู้ แต่ก็ไม่เห็นว่าจะเข้าสู่สายพานการผลิตซะที ก็คงไม่ใช้น้ำมันของเขา ก็เลยไม่ส่งเสริมต่อ หรือทำให้เงียบซะก็จบ

 

ถูกต้องแล้วครับ อยากให้แชร์ความรู้กันแบบนี้ครับ

เพื่อส่วนรวมครับ พอรู้แล้ว ทำได้แล้ว ก็ทำกันเอาไว้ใช้เองกันได้ เป็นการพึ่งพาตนเองตามที่ในหลวงท่านทรงสอนเอาไว้

สำหรับเรื่องจะมีน้ำเข้าเครืองยนต์นั้น มันไม่ได้มากขนาดนั้นครับ

เรื่องนี้ทางเยอรมันเองมีการทดลองกับรถบีเอ็ม ซีรีย์5 รุ่น 530 ดีเซล โดยนำเอาน้ำมาพ่นเป็นสมอค เป็นละอองฝอยละเอียด สั่งจ่ายผันแปรตามรอบเครื่องยนต์ (ไม่ได้แยกก๊าซ) ก็ใช้วิ่งได้ครับปริมาณน้ำมากกว่านี้เยอะเลย จ่ายประมาณ 20เปอร์เซนต์ เสริมกับน้ำมันดีเซลครับ

ส่วนโครงการแยกน้ำเป็นเชื้อเพลิงเสริมนี้ผมเชื่อว่าพัฒนาได้อีกพอสมควรครับ

กำลังคิดว่า เวลาถอนคันเร่งเร็วๆ จะมีการชิงจุดระเบิดในท่อร่วมแบบแอลพีจีหรือเปล่าครับ

 

THAI FUEL CELL CAR
เป็นความคิดที่ดีมากๆครับ แต่ถังเก็บไฮโดรเจนนี่ผมกลัวเป็นอันตราย
นึกถึงตอนมันระเบิดแล้วคงดูไม่จืดนะครับ!

เคยคุยกะเพื่อนเค้าว่า สามารถผลิตท่อนาโน (nanotube) ที่กักเก็บ ไฮโดรเจนได้ โดยไม่ต้องกลัวว่าจะระเบิด
ผมว่าถังเก็บเชื้อเพลิง nano tube น่าจะเป็นสิ่งดีนะครับ แต่ปัญหาคือ ราคามันจะแพงไหม ผลิตแบบ mass product จะทำได้ไหม ?

 

ถ้ากลัวถังระเบิดเราก็เอาถังทนแรงดันสูงอย่างถัง ngv มาใช้แทนได้ครับ ซึ่งทนแรงดันสูงถึง 3,000-3,600 ปอนด์ต่อตารางนิ้ว

ถ้าจะรอให้รัฐสนับสนุนผมคิดว่าคงเป็นไปได้ยาก(ถ้าคิดแบบมิจฉาทิฐิ)เพราะถ้าทำไปแล้ว ปตท.คงไม่ได้ขายก๊าซ ngv เพราะผู้ถือหุ้นส่วนมาก(ยกเว้นกระทรวงการคลัง)นั้นเป็นเครือ ๆ ญาติ ๆ ของ พณ ท่านรัฐมนตรี ซึ่งเป็นผลพลอยมาจากการแปรรูป ปตท เป็นบริษัท เมื่อสมัย อดีตนายกทักษิณ บริหารประเทศ
ซึ่งตอนนี้ ปตท กำลังสนับสนุนให้ประชาชนหันมาใช้ก๊าซตัวนี้อยู่ ปริมาณก๊าซสำรองในประเทศนั้น สามารถใช้ได้นานถึง20-50ปีเลย(อ้างอิงจาก วิชาการดอทคอม) ก็คงฟันกำไรให้ผู้ถือหุ้นเป็นอย่างมากเลยทีเดียว

ถ้าจะเอาแบบไม่ต้องสุ่มทดลองกันมาก ต้องไปที่ฟิลิปปินส์เลยครับ มีนายDingel ที่โด่งดัง ที่สามารถติดตั้งอุปกรณ์แยกก๊าซไฮโดรเจน จากน้ำในรถ toyota ได้ (แต่ยังไม่มีข้อมูลทางเทคนิคออกมาอย่างแน่ชัดว่าสามารถทำได้จริง)

หลังจากเปิดเวปนี้เมื่อวันที่ 27 ตุลาคม ซึ่งเป็นวันเกิด เพื่อแนะนำการนำน้ำมาเป็นพลังงานสะอาดที่สามารถทำได้เองในราคาที่ไม่สูงนัก คือไม่เกิน 2,000 บาทกรณีใช้กับเครื่องยนต์ดีเซลหรือเบนซินที่ยังใช้คาร์บูเรเตอร์ หรือไม่เกิน 3,000 บาทหากต้องการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและปริมาณ HHO ด้วยการเพิ่มอุปกรณ์ Pulse generator หากเป็นเครื่องยนต์ที่มี Oxygen sensor ก็ต้องเพิ่มอุปรณ์ปรับลดการจ่ายน้ำมัน รวมทั้งหมดเมื่อลงมือทำเองไม่ควรเกิน 4000 บาท

การปรับปรุงข้อมูลครั้งนี้ก็ยังคงมีเจตนารมณ์ที่ให้ท่านที่สนใจทำใช้เอง และผมก็ไม่มีเจตนาที่จะทำขาย ในเบื้องต้นให้เน้นใช้เพื่อลดความสิ้นเปลืองเชื้อเพลิงที่นับวันจะแพง แต่หลังจากที่ท่านทั้งหลายได้ศึกษาเอกสารที่แนะนำให้ไปโหลดมาอ่านแล้ว หวังว่าเมื่องไทยจะมีรถที่ใช้น้ำ 100%บ้าง

การใช้น้ำมาเป็นเชื้อเพลิงมีการค้นคว้ามานานแล้ว ทั้งการใช้เป็นตัวช่วยในการลดการใช้น้ำมัน และการใช้ทดแทนน้ำมัน 100% แต่การใช้น้ำแทนน้ำมันทั้งหมดอาจจะเกิดความเสียหายแก่เครื่องยนต์ได้ เช่นเกิดสนิมในห้องเผาไหม้ การเกิดสนิมที่ท่อไอเสีย หากใช้น้ำเป็นเชื้อเพลิง 100% ขอแนะนำให้เปลี่ยนท่อไอเสียเป็น Stainless

</TD><TD style="PADDING-RIGHT: 0cm; PADDING-LEFT: 0cm; PADDING-BOTTOM: 0cm; PADDING-TOP: 0cm" colSpan=3>ต่อมาก็คือการเตรียม Electrolyze ต้องขอแจ้งให้ทราบก่อนว่าการใช้น้ำประปาจะให้ผลที่ไม่เต็มที่นัก เนื่องจากสารแขวนลอยที่มากมายในน้ำ จึงต้องใช้ Electrolyze แทนซึ่งจะสามารถสร้าง HHO ได้มากพอ โดยการเติม Sodium Hydroxide หรือจะใช้ Potassium Hydroxide เติมลงไปในน้ำกลั่นให้มีความเข้มข้น 25% ตามน้ำหนัก ถ้าผลิต HHO ได้มากพอ ก็สามารถใช้ทดแทนน้ำมันได้โดยไม่ต้องพึ่งพาน้ำมันอีกต่อไป ด้วยความเป็นนักทดลอง (ผมเชื่ออย่างยิ่งว่า ผู้ที่เข้ามาอ่านต้องเป็นนักทดลองด้วยกันทั้งนั้น ไม่งั้นคงไม่มาอ่านบทความของผมเป็นแน่) พอมาถึงตรงนี้ต้องมีบางคนเพิ่มความเข้มข้นเป็น 50, 60 หรือ 75% เพื่อจะได้จำนวนแก๊สให้มากขึ้น ถูกต้องแล้วครับ ได้แก๊สเพิ่มทันตาเห็น แต่ถ้าใช้กับไฟ 12 VDC แรงดันไฟฟ้าที่เกินจาก 2V จะไปสร้างความร้อนเสียส่วนใหญ่ เมื่อความต้านทานใน electrolyze ต่ำลงเนื่องจากความเข้มข้นที่เพิ่มขึ้น ก็จะกินกระแสมากขึ้นจาก 6-10A เป็น 20-30A หรือมากกว่านั้น ไม่มีอะไรที่ได้มาฟรีแน่นอน ก็จะเกิดแรงต้านจากขดลวดในตัว Alternator ทำใหเครื่องยนต์ต้องจ่ายน้ำมันเพื่อเร่งรอบขึ้นเพื่อรักษารอบเครื่องยนต์ ผลก็คือค่าการประหยัดจะลดลงจนอาจไม่คุ้มค่าต่อการลงทุน ด้วยเหตุที่กล่าวมาข้างต้น HHO generator ก็จะกลายเป้นหม้อต้มน้ำ เมื่อน้ำระเหยออกไปเร็วเนื่องจากความร้อน ก็ต้องเติมน้ำบ่อย เมื่อเติมบ่อยก็จะเริ่มรู้สึกไม่สะดวก แต่ไม่ใช่เรื่องใหญ่ลองหลายๆแบบ เอาแค่พอสนุกก็แล้วกัน ไม่ลองก็ไม่รู้

อ่านมาถึงตอนนี้คงคันไม้คันมืออยากลองทำเอง ก็ไปโหลดเอาคู่มือการสร้าง Smack HHO generator แบบพื้นฐานมาลดค่าใช้จ่ายน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิงด้วยมือของเราเอง อุปกรณ์หาง่าย แต่ต้องดัดแปลงบ้างเพราะบางชิ้นไม่มีขายในบ้านเรา เห็นตัวอย่างที่ติดตั้งกับมอเตอร์ไซค์แล้วนเท่ห์มาก เร็วๆนี้ตั้งใจจะทดลองใช้ทดแทนน้ำมัน แต่รอบๆตัวหารถยนต์ที่มีระบบจ่ายน้ำมันแบบคาร์บูเรเตอร์ไม่ได้แล้ว คงต้องไปหารถแบบนี้ที่ต่างจังหวัด แล้วคนใช้รถที่มีระบบจ่ายน้ำมันแบบคาร์บูเรเตอร์มักกลัวการเปลี่ยนเป็นแก๊สโซฮอลล์ เนื่องจากมีชิ้นส่วนบางชิ้นอาจเสียหายได้ ต้องทนใช้น้ำมันแพงๆ เขาน่าจะพอใจหากวิธีที่ผมเสนอจะช่วยเขาได้บ้าง <o></o>

ลงทุนกับ HHO Booster + Pulse Gen + O2 controller ตามแบบที่โหลดจาก http://www.panaceauniversity.org จะใช้เงินประมาณ 4,000บาท แต่ถ้ามีใครทำขายต้องไม่ต่ำกว่า 10,000บาทแน่นอน ส่วนค่าความประหยัดจะขึ้นอยู่กับความสามารถในการปรับตั้งค่าตัวแปรต่างๆ มีปัจจัยที่จะล้มเหลวมากกว่าสำเร็จ หากไม่มั่นใจกับระบบ HHO จะช่วยได้ ก็อยากจะแนะนำให้ติดตั้ง LPG ไปเลย ราคายังไม่แพงมาก ราคาครึ่งหนึ่งของเบนซิน 95 ลงทุนเพียงหมื่นต้นๆ หรือ NGV ที่มีราคาเพียงหนึ่งในสี่ของเบนซิน 95 แต่ลงทุนมากหน่อย เลือกสิ่งที่เหมาะกับเงินในกระเป๋า ตอนสมัยยังเรียนหนังสืออยู่ อาจารย์แนะแนวให้แนวคิดกับลูกศิษย์ว่า ถ้าอยากมีกินมีใช้ไม่ลำบากจงหากินกับคนรวย อึ้งไปเลย ถ้าสมมุติฐานของผมว่าคนรวยคือคนมีรถ<o></o>

A friend installed this gizmo in my truck two months ago. After 30 seconds first start I noticed that the engine became soooo quiet. At first I thought the RPM went down because of the water, but no, the device has definitely changed the way my engine works - it does not ping anymore!

Another thing I noticed right away was that the absolutely terrible stink previously coming out of my exhaust has gone down dramatically.

i have been experimenting, with my own , truck, 79 chev pu 4wd getting 7 mpg installed 2 hho went to 12 put on 6 went to 15 ??? i made some changes , i found some bigger ,jars i changed the design on the winding the coil , got 8 windings, changed a few other things , I have been a mech. all my life , i am up some , last test was around 20mpg as near as i can tell , speedo not exact , but a major change in running ,etc,

Right then, I've got a 1969 Landrover Series 2a 2.25L Diesel. I put magnets on the fuel line and increased the mileage on a set 17 mile route at a steady 40mph to 27.87mpg. I then constructed the single cell system and fitted it. My first run was with the bubbler closed and on the set run increased my mileage to 28.84mpg. A positive start, but I felt that the engine was being starved of HHO. I then reduced the length of the two feed pipes going to the closest point on the air intake manifold to 4 feet each from five feet and opened up the bubbler to allow a moderate amount of air through. I then ran the same run (each run took 35 minutes) and compared the results. My 39 year old Landrover did 71.43mpg!!!!

In truth, I was hoping to achieve a modest 40mpg but this is unbelievable!!

Many thanks for all your technical help. Your the first people that haven't scoffed at me for attempting to run on HHO and I greatly appreciate your support.

Gooday, Water4gas sytem really works great, thanks to you.

I managed to replicate an electrolyzer and it works well, it gives me about 18 to 20% fuel saving, thats great. I am using stainless steel grade 304 for both because i cant get grade 316L in Malaysia, i have spent most of the days looking for it but only 304 are vasely available. Anyway i have ordered 316 from Singapore.

The system is really great, i tried to an old mitsubishi engine, a 20 year old car, after an hour drive i found out that the system has cleanse the comustion chamber and now that car sounds as good as bramd new and it is very smooth.

I will soon start selling the symtem kits, i will donate USD 1.00 to bill lang.

since fitting my 3 cell unit I'm really happy with the results... a 40% mileage increase with my 2.5 1992 Misubishi Pajero TD... and much better cold start, and smoother running.

The one thing I've noticed though, is that the cells do not heat up. They do warm up a little but nothing significant.

It's very simple. You don't change your engine or ECU (car computer). A quart-size (95O cc) container, usually made of glass but can also be plastic or metal, is placed somewhere under the hood. You fill it with DISTILLED WATER and low-cost household electrolyte (causes electrical current). The device gets vacuum and 12 Volts from the engine, and produces HHO gas (Hydrogen+Oxygen) as shown in the video below.

The HHO gas is then supplied to the engine's intake manifold or carburetor as shown in the diagram below. Our design is simple, effective and safe. Don't worry, you will get full instructions and diagrams that make it simple and clear. It takes several of minutes to connect:

The electrical connection is very simple - we have eliminated the need to use relays or any other complications. The device connects to the 12 Volts of your battery via the ignition switch, to prevent hydrogen production when the engine is off. The device is fuse protected and draws very little current, only 1-3 Amps! This could take 10 minutes or less to connect.

Due to our unique design - stainless steel SPIRALS rather than PLATES - this device produces HHO gas for less electric power out of your battery (compared to older technology based on stainless steel plates). The spirals create a magnetic force that helps splitting water into Hydrogen/Oxygen - and are also very easy to make BY HAND, compared to the plates that require expensive machinery to cut and process.


DIESEL and TURBO DIESEL

But Won't It Damage My Engine/Warranty?

Space Requirements, Maintenance & Safety
We're not going to go over everything here. You'll get all the instructions. But here are the major factors you have to know:

SAFETY FIRST: First thing you have to understand is there are NO safety hazards - this system is SAFE. Yes, pure Hydrogen that is dangerous. And it is dangerous to store it in high-pressure tanks. But we do NOT generate Hydrogen, you see, we generate HHO. The presence of Oxygen and water vapor in our system makes HHO very safe! Yes, HHO is a powerful combustible gas. But it's NOT explosive like pure Hydrogen. It does NOT need cooling and will be ignited only by the strong spark inside your engine. This has been proven by many thousands of miles of road tests in harsh weather and road conditions.

Again, we don't generate Hydrogen; we generate HHO - and also WE DO NOT STORE IT. All HHO produced gets consumed by the engine right away. Bottom line: unlike "Hydrogen Cars" this system is VERY SAFE.

Also, in stark difference than most "Hydrogen Generators" out there, our system does NOT require the use of harsh chemicals (KOH, Red Devil, Lye, Drano, etc) - we use ONLY Pure Baking Soda (like Arm & Hammer) for maximum safety for the beginner and experienced mechanic alike.
